Sir, this is a fact...they have no business. Furthermore, although they do not release PRs every week, they do post on FB that contract news is coming soon. The problem is they have been posting this for a while now.

So yes, this is a pump and dump. The pump is happening on FB through the various posts promising imminent contract information.
