The company is not 'sitting' on contract information and is not waiting until they accumulate a significant number of contracts before releasing a press release.

If a dispensary is using GreenStar Payment services, this would be apparent to all of their customers, thus it would be difficult to keep this a 'secret'.

Twitter and Facebook posts serve only to generate buzz in the absence of actual business. If the company has actual business, they would not be sending ambiguous messages on social media, they would simply issue a press release or a financial report.
