Dude,

"No dilution"

No dilution, just selling and investors are bailing on this company. USEI supposedly has a store that will open in about a week and a half, yet there is no mention of the store address....no advertising, nothing going on to generate a buzz. If you were going to open a store, in less than two weeks, wouldn't you include the store address in the press release?

Something is questionable here.
