This article, and information like this, only highlights the failure of ADCS. The market is huge....but ADCS and GreenStar has zero business...this is an embarrassment and only proves these cash-less services provided by GreenStar and ADCS are not wanted.
For such a large market, there should be, at least one, contract...but there are none.
