#1 no one has been banned from this board. Ever. Check the bans list, it is zero. There is no evidence that anyone has been banned from the board or will be banned because they have an apparent dissenting opinion.
#2 review the rules for posting on I-Hub. Getting personal is off-topic. Off-topic is off-topic. I will delete off-topic messages. If you don't like it, you can appeal the deletion to I-Hub Admin. If I am wrong for deleting your message, I-Hub Admin will restore the message. This normally happens within hours in my experience with appealing my own deleted messages on other boards.
Message deletions for off-topic have nothing to do with positive or negative. If you don't agree with something being said, attack the subject, not the poster. Referring to other posters as "insert expletive here" is degrading and just off-topic.
End of message.
What email address are you using?
Additionally, realize that email is not always a proper means of relaying data to shareholders. When I email him I am asking simple questions that could not possibly have anything to do with inside information. Example: What is your share structure? Example: Are you still planning to attend the Chinese conference? These are matters which are public information.
If you're asking him about the Chinese deal how can he answer that without giving you a heads up before other investors? That data has to come out as a PR.
I also suspect he is doing some housekeeping right now with Cory gone.
It remains to be seen whether this company will make it or not. A lot hinges on creating a demand for its products and then supplying that demand. The Chinese deal offers a potential for demand and the recent moves to acquire additional production facilities appear to be an attempt to fill demand. In the end the story of any company has to do with supply and demand. Few people use horse-drawn buggies anymore and so we don't have companies that make buggy whips. Everyone uses computers so we have companies that make chips. CPOW crushes canola. Canola is in some demand. So the question is, can they get enough orders for oil, meal, biodiesel and can they then fill those orders and get paid for it. Or not.
What should be being discussed on this board is the company and not the optimism or pessimism of posters on it and/or their motives for doing so.
This stock, like most penny stocks, is a risk. Take the risk or don't, but either way "studying" this board or any board is no reason to buy or not buy a stock.
I was happy to get another 1255 today.
The market makers have at least a LITTLE tougher time with the new regs that came out 28 Feb 2011. They are under more scrutiny, particularly on days when a stock that has been shorted is down over 10%.
Super low volume so far today.
All 2200 of the shares I bought today were shorted.
What a surprise.

A very good find.
Seems like the company had a leak...
Good luck to CPOW investors.
TEVE. New 8K out and annual report is due 31 March (has been filed on this date 2 years running).
New 8K out.

Go TelVue.
Everyone should do their part.
The 2200 traded today are all from me.
Who else feels like buying some?
I see this as a very positive step. I always believe when a company is trying to push forward and the road is rough, it's time to review personnel and clean house. Turner is, I believe, the former CEO of CPOW prior to the reverse merger with General Bio Energy. I have seen other stocks go up when there are personnel changes at top level so let's hope this is the case here with CPOW as well.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
This short article came to me as a Google Alert for TelVue, about a small town that is using TelVue's services.

I don't really understand what you are saying jkl. It might be the typos. Run that past me again.
good luck to CPOW investors.
otcmarkets.com also has level 2 data for free btw.
TEVE. Can anyone give me a hand with a T/A on this chart?
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=teve
I missed something with this Equity Partners you mentioned. Where is the data on this? I don't see it in the PRs.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
UBSS is back on the Ask while AUTO, who I placed orders with this morning, is hiding behind 49 cents.
Level 2 please.
Thanks, Qtip.
The report is 100% accurate.
What is reported by the market makers is another story.
We've had this discussion a few times on this board.
A "Buy" on the trades report means the TRADE was placed at or nearer the ASK.
A "Sell" on the trades report means the TRADE was placed at or nearer the BID.
A "?" on the trades report means the TRADE was placed right down the middle between BID and ASK.
It happens to me routinely that I place at order at ASK and it is filled closer to the BID. Makes my purchase look like I sold. It is really easy to make it look like there is a lot of selling going on, especially when the spread is so narrow. Who would want it look like there is a selling panic? Anyone with a short position.
This will quickly go off topic (this board is about CPOW not market makers) but suffice to say: the report is 100% accurate it is just IMPOSSIBLE to determine whether trades were buys or sells just based off this report. You have to be a market maker to really know.
In case someone wants to argue again about how innocent marker makers are, explain to me why the new FINRA short sell/fail to deliver regs were implemented on 28 Feb 2011. Some stocks are already seeing the fallout from this and others are about to.
Jack
What report are you viewing this on? Post a link please.
Very possible.
We are almost over yesterday's full volume for the day aren't we?
Good luck to CPOW investors.
15.47% short volume.
Good luck to CPOW investors. News today?
Short volume way down today:

Nice finish today.
Good product, nice company.
I own pairs of socks and a handful of shares.
Good luck to STAU investors.
Michael Shenher has answered every email I have ever sent him.
He has no problem hearing from his shareholders. As a note, I have emailed other companies I have stock in that couldn't be bothered to answer me. It's one of the reasons I like this company.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
Send him an email and let him know your thoughts and concerns.

Good luck to CPOW investors.
The volume was so low today it was ridiculous. I wouldn't say there was a panic selling - it looked like a completely below average trading day to me.
I am not all that surprised by the financials other than I thought news would come with them.
As soon as I have the data on the short sales for the day I will post it. But I suspect short volume is down with the overall volume.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
Never saw that. It didn't do that to me about a week ago when I added it.
Totally agreed.
You cannot have cash in the bank without a DEMAND for product.
Chongquin Grain Group will be the biggest demand this company has ever seen and then it will be up to CPOW to deliver that demand and then get paid for it (=better financials).
Good luck to CPOW investors.
There are about 7 or 8 people posting on this board and only 5 people have TEVE on their My Stocks list.
So if you're here and you own shares, let's ADD the stock to you My Stocks list!
Dear All, I have made some updates to the I-Box and will continue to do so.
Good luck to TEVE investors.
Technically not a merger but an asset purchase.
We need news on that anyways. The deal was to be finalized by 15 March and it's 21 March now.
Good luck to CPOW investors.

I am assuming some of the financial filing deadline shifts had to do with sync'ing up the financial reporting of CPOW and General Bio Energy.
Michael Shenher took over leadership of CPOW in Feb 2010:

Try again. It's the "Trades" report. If the link is not working for you (I just got it to work), then click TRADES in the Navigation bar on any page and type in CPOW to get the report for CPOW.
Check out trade 87 with 20 seconds left in the day.
And trade 88 7 minutes after the close.

We're always on the cutting edge but remember we've been having trouble with news not posting to the I-Hub newsfeed for CPOW. I also have alerts set up through multiple sites which will hit my email and I will post soonest if no one else does in that case.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
Good catch.
Looks sound.
I guess we will see tomorrow.
Good luck to CPOW investors.
