#1 no one has been banned from this board. Ever. Check the bans list, it is zero. There is no evidence that anyone has been banned from the board or will be banned because they have an apparent dissenting opinion.
#2 review the rules for posting on I-Hub. Getting personal is off-topic. Off-topic is off-topic. I will delete off-topic messages. If you don't like it, you can appeal the deletion to I-Hub Admin. If I am wrong for deleting your message, I-Hub Admin will restore the message. This normally happens within hours in my experience with appealing my own deleted messages on other boards.
Message deletions for off-topic have nothing to do with positive or negative. If you don't agree with something being said, attack the subject, not the poster. Referring to other posters as "insert expletive here" is degrading and just off-topic.
