I disagree
Seems like shorting is being exposed a lot more lately with tools like NOBO. What do you think?
Cool, thanks for the info. Let me know how the interrogation goes :)
What broker would not let people trade and what was reason? Was it SLJB only?
Losing steam... need something BIG!
No profit until AF's and more good NEWS!!!
lol... i just watched Gladiator too...
16 for 1 as in 16 shares for 1... as in 500M shares into 8B shares... Not rocket science.
Says so on Pinksheets...
16 for 1 as in 16 shares for 1... as in 500M shares into 8B shares... Not rocket science.
From what I can see at pinksheets.com this company has 8 Billion authorized shares after they did a 16 for 1 split from a 500,000,000 share structure.
16 for 1 reverse split is bad IMO :(
Yep, pretty wierd
I was wishful thinking. Sorry :)
I was hoping for the requirement of a f/s in order to NASDAQ list due to a low float. $20K is a reasonable estimate from what I can tell of the NASDAQ listing requirements.
Cool.
May you live in interesting times

It's almost... too good to be true! LOL
IMO Pontiac needs to release their motto and give it to SLJB:
"We build excitement!"
hahahaha
Those "insiders" would be a subrtaction from the "public float". As quoted from the NASDAQ listing requirements:
"(3) Publicly held shares is defined as total shares outstanding, less any shares held by officers, directors or beneficial owners of 10% or more."
So, the float might get tight... but only time will tell. 13M is a lot so I don't see this becoming an issue for float requirements when the listing only requires 1.1M available to the public.
Okay, the float may not be a problem... lol
only need roughly 1M public float from the tables i looked at
Not really much of a float requirement from what I can tell. As long as the PPS requirement is met SLJB is probably fine with the float:
http://www.nasdaq.com/about/nasdaq_listing_req_fees.pdf
It won't r/s... it will f/s in order to allow more folks to invest.
Is that $4-5 range posting to the NASDAQ before or after the forward split required to have the required float? That may raise the $20K estimate... just a tad.
hehehehehe
Read your PM's on the new Sulja site :)
I'm the same Grande.
Yeah, I'm pro SLJB too and I really think we need to support eachother and be respectful of the concerns of our brothers and sisters.

Okay, God. I'm just saying let people get answers from the horses mouth instead of dogmatically cutting them off and cluttering the boards with your "opinions".
Let "Admin" AKA Petar answer questions. If you have issues with something someone posts then send them a PM... It's free.
Six weeks is not a long period of time.
You can't have my shares.

That's the answer to life, the universe and everything!
Yes, I know. I still don't like half baked. JMO.
All else seems to be okay.
At a glance, CKYS looks more valuable than XKEM. BWTHDIK?
Sour taste in my mouth from MAM... I guess.
And yeah, i notice a lot and I tend to be critical. I have my opinions and am not afraid to share. Good folks listen for ways to improve. I'll wait a week or two before any more criticism of the new website.
I thought this was an interesting story from someone that apparently did some first hand DD. Sounds reasonable and legitimate.

FYI:
I was in the Detroit area yesterday, so I thought I would head over to Canada to check things out (by the way, you don't need your birth certificate to get across the border yet!).
My first stop was the Sulja office in Windsor. Very small. There was only one person working. He was a pretty decent guy. He said the main office was in Harrow, and that the Windsor office was only a sales office.
My next stop was SAM Builing Materials just outside of Windsor in Maidstone. They are a pretty good size operation. Their main focus seems to be warehousing and delivering drywall. They looked to have a couple dozen employees. I talked to the guy in the office, who was another pretty good guy. He said business has been good and getting better. He said they were recently bought by Sulja, which would explain why they answer the phone 'Sulja'. The guy said he had met Petar once, and described him as 'quite a presence'. According to him, the former owners did very well on the sale. He said I should check out the main office in Harrow, which he said was 'huge'.
While not my idea of 'huge', the office is Harrow was a pretty big operation. Their main focus looks to be lumber. They are definitely a legitimate business. The yard boss claimed to have nine delivery trucks on the road.
No one I spoke with at any of these places knew much about what was going on overseas, but I think it's safe to say this isn't a total scam. I have no idea if the financial claims are justified, but they seem to be a thriving business.
And it's annoying, release a product that works. EOM
Lately I find the basher comments more interesting than all the pumpers with every other word being to the moon or BIG BUCKS or w/e the heck else.
Granted, I've just blown off most stuff from that... guy. But I hope someone reads this and gets the word to SLJB... A lot of us don't like the half baked web sites.
Unfortunately, I agree with Peorge. I don't like to see half baked products as an investor. Get it done off-line, test it, edit it, test it again, edit it three more times with different eyes looking on, then let some beta testers look at it and FINALLY let the website go live.
I know that myself and several others have expressed similar concerns regarding what SLJB and representatives of SLJB have distributed for public review on the internet.
All just my opinion. But it's an honest opinion of a concerned investor. I'm sure other share holders have similar sentiments.
Yeah, it looks a lot slicker than the old site. I'm still just not the type that likes to see the airplane built as it's flying. I understand that websites constantly change but "coming soon" in more than 3 or 4 places doesn't look good.

SLJB publicly announced that Wessal could start buying at any time over a month ago. Rather they have or not is anyone's guess. There is absolutely ZERO hard facts on how much they have or have not bought... Unless you consider some internet personality "hard facts".
Yeah, what DD was it? Can you please be more specific?
LOL, that's modest? I need to move to Nebraska... houses are too expensive here in Alaska...
Just curious what a house like that would go for in Nebraska... I'm sure it might be more than the typical nebraska house as residents that are worth $40B might tend to drive the neighborhood value UP just a TAD... I mean come on... If you could live next door to the 2nd richest man in the world, well, wouldn't you? lmao
I had to know... who the heck is this guy? From Wikipedia:
Warren Edward Buffett (born August 30, 1930) is an American investor, businessman and philanthropist. Nicknamed the "Oracle of Omaha" or the "Sage of Omaha," Buffett has amassed an enormous fortune from astute investments, particularly through the company Berkshire Hathaway, of which he is the largest shareholder and CEO. With an estimated current net worth of around US$42 billion[2], he is ranked by Forbes as the second-richest person in the world, behind only Microsoft chairman Bill Gates. In June 2006, he made the commitment to give away his fortune to charity, with 85% of it going to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.[3] Buffett's donation was the largest act of charitable giving in United States history.[4]
Despite his immense wealth, Buffett is famous for his unpretentious and frugal lifestyle. When he spent $6.7 million of Berkshire's funds on a corporate jet in 1989, he jokingly named it "The Indefensible" because of his past criticisms of such purchases by other CEOs.[5] He continues to live in the same house in central Omaha he bought in 1958 for $31,500,[6] in the Dundee neighborhood although he also owns a summer house in Laguna Beach, California. His annual salary of $100,000[1] is particularly modest by the standards of senior executive remuneration in other S&P 500 companies, which averaged about $9 million in 2003.[7]

Okay... what is the RB board? lol.. is there a link?!!?!
You are right, I never once for a single moment felt personally attacked when you called me a basher and w/e else...
Tsk, tsk, tsk... LOL
Sorry to spoil the bait but I read your post about how you ordered one and it works great AND it's made in CHINA.
So, it's sort of like buying a TV... good luck finding one that was made in the USA...
OH, and good luck to the US gov't in not buying stuff from CHINA!
Okay, but what weight does any of this REALLY hold? The gov't buys what it needs for whoever sells it. If a US company still profits isn't that okay as long as there isn't a product offered that is entirely from the US?
American companies outsource like crazy! Can anyone honestly say they have looked at a USB storage device and read the words "made in america" ???
Who friggin knows!?!?!? LOL
Also, I really hope you are right. Still a toss up between throwing something at this or FSMH.
