It is a legal event and when it occurs it will be public knowledge. I am surpised this is not known. No preamble would exist in a 10Q.
The Filings are ripe just like the tech enviroment, ready for interested parties, of they dont mind getting in line.... .
Will the waves wash over the CC all night... Its not warranted, get it? And Rob went home early huh......

Webers Quote from 7/08 CC "Look at Google with their voice patents and what do they have? They have a sub-set of our voice patent."
I am not trying to be condescending I have read the patents and processes and understand them. Google has a sub-set of the ONEV patent.
Listen to the CC again and use the tools to slow it down. Dean talks almost as fast as I do....

So if we take the 6/30/2008 Long Term Debt Number of $1,026,640 minus $358,000 for $668,640 currently available to be converted into shares by funders apparently working against ONEV.
There were 888,883,950 Shares outstanding on 6/30/2008. So around $300,000 I did not see this brought current in the filing like they did in theis 1st quarter... If I missed it someone letme know...
Best I can tell the MM's and Funders that are not palyin gby the rules are almost out of ammunition and the Strategic Investors are on the Doorstep..
I do not see any evidence to suggest otherwise. ONEV did not decide to reorg Telmex, Telmex did.... And they still like ONEV and so does Intel and .......
Gotta Run
peaace
Hope u all find sum super duper dd tonight! Is a PR on the horizon? hmmmmm I was surprised we were not brought current on the share to date for 3rd qtr we were last qtr.....
The Company is currently in default of a portion of the following Convertible debt financing agreements as of June 30, 2008:
Principal balance
Entered into Maturity Date in default
------------ ------------- ----------
March 17, 2006 March 17, 2008 $250,000
May 5, 2006 May 5, 2008 $108,000
--------
Total $358,000
The Company is currently negotiating an amended maturity date with investors in default and feels confident that the either the unconverted balance will be converted in the near future, or the maturity date will be extended.
"During the six months ended June 30, 2008 and the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company issued a total of 62,205,359 and 11,443,921 shares of restricted common stock to in exchange for services rendered. The services are related to monthly licensing fees, outside consulting fees, convertible note documentation and administration fees, interest owed and other monetary obligations. The services were valued at approximately $576,406 and $220,534, respectively."
Everything from the CC is lined up yet no concrete terms on Seccion Amarillo, SMB but its exactly 2 weeks from the call...so its a week past the Telemx groups suggested timeline and no wor don the LOI from the new carrier...
The filing looks ripe for the New strategic investors as the Revolving Credit issue has been resolved.
It will take me a bit to get a wrangle on the curretn O/S shares and the date snumbers in the filing....
It is possible to be serious about this and look at the facts.
"We have recently demonstrated this capability in the Intel booth at the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show, Mobile World Congress and plan to attend the upcoming Intel Developers Forum. We have also ported our software to RedFlag Linux. Both RedFlag Linux and Moblin are the primary operating systems used on Mobile Internet Devices (MIDs). Both One Voice and Intel have jointly presented our voice solution to several MID OEM's and we have initial confirmation that our software will be bundled on a major OEM's MID for launch in Q4 of 2008."
"The amendments increased the maximum borrowing by the Company to an amount of $2,270,000 and extended the maturity date to June 21, 2009."
Tell Me spent $239 Million on a lesser technology and allegedly made a net profit. Any idea how long it took? And they did not patent anything the likes of what ONEV has. That is a fact.
So after 8ish years & 50Million plus with 2.6 years out the "Devlopment Stage Enterprise" gates ONEV has landed contracts with Telmex & MTNL, numerous other small carriers, visionary/revolutionary projects with Intel and numerous projects under the Non-Disclosure blanket as the environemt ripens for what ONEV predicted back in '99 and early '00 and made clear statements as to the risk and unknown timelines for such a new technology.
I just cant say I aggree with the continous beration of Mr Weber's performance. (A CEO thru the thick and thin.)
See for yourself, this is a a link to OTCBB free Level II feed. Its delayed so anyone looking now can see that never happened.
The OTCBB does not reflect what you posted, why is that? Where did you get that quote? hmmmmm
http://otcbb.com/
Not on my screens.eom
Gee my quotes say .0036 and I think thats pretty darn impressive considering the shares have not been delivered for sum time once again.... with a last trade @ .0039...
Spoke with FINRA and SEC today and they want evidence of rumor mongering on ONEV. As ususal the requests for the fail data have been sent to MM's etc... it will take at least a few weeks and yes the MM's continue to play as often the fines for these types of offenses r less than they are making off the fails .....
Does anybody have any thoughts on where to start?
Iris have you seen the Intel Medical device ONEV has been working on? How about the Motorola stuff? yet we know they are real, some know more than others huh?
The accurate command and control VR/AI interface is revolutionary, IMHO... Google seems to like it a bit as well... Owning a subset of the ONEV patent and what not...
I find it really odd the patents, CEO comments and USPTO letter are not enough proof to get sum real US press onto ONEV.... It will happen........
To understand whats going on with ONEV products takes a careful eye and sum heavy duty DD. If anyone needs help with this let me know.
Gotta Run
Peace
Funny I was thinking about that post last week... thanks for some ONEV market maker fun!
gotta run
peace
ONEV is a development stage enterprise that has delivered. And now many signing for delivery....
That list includes: Telmex, Intel, Motorola and many more...
How can you argue with the facts, wipe the lsep from your eyes and blinka couple of times and look again later..
How much later? I dunno it hard to time the market....
Does not mean it cant be done... It went frmo .02 to .20 my first time... I think it can do alot more with the gas tank gets topped off...
It went to .20 on fumes folks and now ONEV has fuel... Fact...?!?!? hmmmm couldbe..
Gotta Run
peace
I do not believe the history of ONEV fails to be Tiny, we will, more than likely, never see the real number adn that number is not fully represented by what we are getting from the SEC right now..
I do beleive in transparency, level playing field and the U.S. system of checks and balances.
When things get out of balance adjustements need to be made. When everyone turns the other cheek the, real, adjustments never happen. Thats how history keeps repeating itself in many facets of society.
Thanks for sharing with a smile its always a treat.
I dont call a ONEV market with fails a market. Looking at Healthcare, real estate, accounting... the same "grownup" behavoir can be witnessed.
Then why would anyone need or want to fail to deliver ONEV shares?
Its not a ONEV holdup and its not the Stock Transfer agent so why the repeated "fail to deliver"?
I will be waiting for your answer. Why are the sellers not delivering the shares they have sold for weeks now?
Thanks buybuy, could be a great link 2 ONEV? You know me I am shy about posting 1st! eom
Don't recent ONEV filings include an Intel Embedded sector?
Intel Atom, with embedded options hmmmm, meets the medical field, huh:
"Medical-equipment designers have some embedded-computing options available to them, such as commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) motherboards, long-life industrial motherboards, and high-volume application-specific custom solutions. Some distinct advantages are available with a computer-on-module (COM), semi-custom embedded solution with a CPU module and application- specific baseboard. These solutions include high levels of processing performance and I/O bandwidth in a compact form factor. More significantly, COM solutions are inherently modular. They help designers achieve faster time to market, reduced development cost, minimized design risk, simplified future upgrade paths, scalability, and increased application longevity. All of these benefits lead to the potential for increased market share."
http://www.embeddedintel.com/special_features.php?feature=607
Since we now know ONEV did not have to pay to travel with Intel are there any guesses on what ONEV spent money on with Intel in 2007?
May all DD hounds have sum fun, I gotta run...
peace
No posts its on the New ONEV website.
We have yet to see this device.

I felt that way at first 2, but a Google Search is a Google search and is pattented as well, right?
"IMO the limited distinctions within the GOOGLE patent are still very much equivalent to claims already clearly covered and envisioned within the claims of ONEV."
Google wanted to have their cake and eat it too thats all that happened... USPTO said no ONEV already patented the way in... If you read the Patent google got approved you will find the same ONEV process included in the rejection letter, Google does not own that. ONEV does, globally.
No Ihub its the process. if you look, earnestly, its plain as day, thats why I posted the flow chart... You have to fully see what onev patented and then read the Google Voice Search patent with the same veracity and look at the end result.
If you understood the process you would have sumtihng other than legal nonsense to share.
Google patent includes ONEV's patents and the line which google could not cross or build a bridge over that would make any sense in the world of logic and speed..... IMHO
Prices are not 5 times cheaper than a few months back either. The overabundance of unusual information leads me to belive I am missing sumthing big on the positive DD front... Too bad I have to go now....
Catch ya all later!
Good luck DD huntng! Someone call Adam and ask about next Intel Idf and last.....
I listen to what the CEO says and read the patents. If you have, show me how google gets to their search without the ONEV process and explain it.
What ONEV patented was very forward thinking and I believe it has been in use for many years in many ways that we will never know of, a result of Webers expertise.. Thanks Dean!
here I will help, I hope this is from the right ONEV patent I am running out of time...

I can aggree with this and hope you can aggree with me about the fails creating an artificial environment and price. I encourage us all to be the difference.
Their patent has ONEV in the center, just like the patents state if you read them both. (my homegrown opinion)
Direct quote from the ONEV Blog:

"Subsequently, Google was issued a voice search patent and had a difficult time narrowing their patent around One Voice. Enjoy reading..."

I dont know how to explain why I understand the patents, but I do. I did in 2001 as well but knew enough about finance to be scared as hell of a "discount convertible note" its why I waited until .02 to purchase "my two cents" worth of a common stock. A 1st for me as I have never owned common stock. Then it went to .20 oh my.... I always liked the patents. Why? Logic, eom.
I'll admit I know it must feel alot differnt then holding from the teens or $1 levels..but it is my reality for my only Common Stock investment.
And to top it all off the name of the company is "One Voice" and its logo cant shut up, juz like me...
Gotta Run

Well gee, considering no one has delivered any of the shares they have sold, artificially & Illegally increasing the O/S, since the call, what would you expect?
I find it hard to belive anyone cannot see this coupled with the CEO comment in the CC "market cap of the company is tremendously out alignment" as evidence that ONEV is in for a big shake rattle and roll....
I think using logic we must asssume Dean had the CC to prepare us for the weeks before the 10Q and pick up in newsflow as more inforamtion on deals is able to be disclosed publicly.
Webers Quote from 7/08 CC "Look at Google with their voice patents and what do they have? They have a sub-set of our voice patent."

This appears to be a 1st, 2nd or 3rd Generation embedded process dependednt on the two models listed, that is hooking up with a Google process.
Google Voice Search patent talks about the problems with this current process of VR as does this article. In my opinion this is not a complete result of the Google voice search patent. Google patented a Voice Google Search done the ONEV way from start to finish and actually highlights why what ONEV patented is needed. After much debate they were awarded a patent on doing a Google search the ONEV way.... Thats my opinion on it....

"This feature is experimental, which means a couple of things. First, similar to other voice-recognition technologies, the accuracy of voice recognition will improve over time as more people use the voice search feature. Second, the feature is currently only supported on 8110, 8120 and 8130 BlackBerry Pearl models in the US. Third, we'd love to get your feedback on it -- feel free to leave your comments below."
For the last time look at the flow charts and patents in detail abd you will see that is not the case. Its easy to see no one posting here has done this. Its great DD and I challenge yuo all to have a intelligent discussion on the details. We can ask ONEV for help if we need it in stead of guessing any further....
Why dont you look at the processes and the flow charts, its not that big a mystery when you look at the facts. If you have questionslet me know, if I cant help you I can find sumone that can.
If you open your mind to the You-Tube Videos showing ONEV navigating and finding locations based on your location and more ask yourself is that Google maps, or MSFT or......
Onev has been searching the internet by voice since '99 when their patents were pending. I donot beleive anyone is passing them up... Google tried to step over them and was denied based on the ONEV patented processes...
IMHO, the existing Google patent is useless without the ONEV interface/process on the servers. The CEO calling Google Voice search a sub-set pataent confirms this opinion as do the rejectio/advisory letters and existing patents and their details.
Ihub clumsy words that are supported by a posting of teh Googel rejection letters and advisory on the ONE Blog site? I dont think so... I am listening to the cal again for teh exact Tell Me Goog Patent Quote...
I am also anxiously awaiting the news from Telmex after their 1/08 thru 6/08 reorg... The new features and roll out of SMB, Residential, Seccion Ammarillo, and the 300K Public payphones will be like an oasis in the desert.....
What are the new mystery features? Voice search or maybe more....
Those are Deans exact words from the last CC.eom
SO you think the CEO that did not sell out in '99, '00 or '01 for 100 Million+ on his shares went thru all this for 3 million? I doubt it and I have great respect for the ONEV CEO comments in the last CC regarding Valuation and Googel Patents.
The facts and the truth are out there on ONEV. Anyone else thats up to the challenge should check out the patents its easy to find the details on WIPTO
http://www.wipo.int/pctdb/en/
If you need any help finding thepatents or have questions on teh process and flowcharts let me know... Look at Googel and ONEV so you can see and feel the difference, difference...
One Voice Multi Search and more all use more than just Google search. I have been using MCC to search Google for more than a year it will be great to have google add to that experience on e of these days, I guess...
The You-tube videos we have seen this year and last have a bit more to show us this year, I think....
Glad to see you moving on and accepting the CEO's comments on Market Cap issues/Tell Me Valuation & the relevance of Googels patent being a sub-set....
GO ONEV!
Great to see you have finally joined my side. Was it the CEo's comments and the ONEV Blog that finally changed your mind?
Google owns a sub-set of what ONEV had already patented the EO publicly stated that last month. The article you posted is after tthey retrofitted it to submit to the US patent office rejection letter Google recieved dated 5/2/2005 a response to their last plea beofre for settling for a Sub-Set of ONEV's patents....
Glad u see it my way!

How far off is Cloud 9 for ONEV shareholders? This is the best description of platforms that would be enhanced by 4th GEN VR/AI Command & Control that I have ever seen..
I think the linux shouw is over...gotta check being summer an all
This lines up with every thing in ONEV's history and current posture. "The future has arrived are u ready to go?"
http://arstechnica.com/news.ars/post/20080810-linux-everywhere-mobile-internet-devices-and-the-cloud.html
"The subnotebook is currently the dominant form factor in low-cost Linux computing products, but the range of possibilities extends far beyond that. An illustration of this point is Intel's expansive vision for Moblin, a Linux-based software platform designed for devices that use the company's Atom processors. Intel says that Atom and Moblin provide a unified hardware and software platform that can be adopted almost anywhere, including in-vehicle "infotainment" systems, medical instruments, media centers, handheld tablet devices, and all sorts of other products (for a pretty sexy look at what Intel has in mind, check out the Moblin concept video).
Set-top boxes are another area where there is huge potential for Linux-based platforms that leverage the cloud-oriented content and service business model envisioned by Zemlin. A good example of a compelling Linux-based set-top solution is the Neuros OSD, which uses an open Linux-based media platform for ARM devices that Neuros is developing in collaboration with TI."
