Gee my quotes say .0036 and I think thats pretty darn impressive considering the shares have not been delivered for sum time once again.... with a last trade @ .0039...

Spoke with FINRA and SEC today and they want evidence of rumor mongering on ONEV. As ususal the requests for the fail data have been sent to MM's etc... it will take at least a few weeks and yes the MM's continue to play as often the fines for these types of offenses r less than they are making off the fails .....

Does anybody have any thoughts on where to start?
