Why dont you look at the processes and the flow charts, its not that big a mystery when you look at the facts. If you have questionslet me know, if I cant help you I can find sumone that can.

If you open your mind to the You-Tube Videos showing ONEV navigating and finding locations based on your location and more ask yourself is that Google maps, or MSFT or......

Onev has been searching the internet by voice since '99 when their patents were pending. I donot beleive anyone is passing them up... Google tried to step over them and was denied based on the ONEV patented processes...

IMHO, the existing Google patent is useless without the ONEV interface/process on the servers. The CEO calling Google Voice search a sub-set pataent confirms this opinion as do the rejectio/advisory letters and existing patents and their details.

Webers Quote from 7/08 CC "Look at Google with their voice patents and what do they have? They have a sub-set of our voice patent."
