IRIS='s AAA+++ ONEV command and control are applicable in a new gaming PC. Reality reveals ONEV command and control is a fit for every new product that comes with an embedded PC. A speech engine without ONEV is like having a new car with no keys.
The CEO has been very clear about folks without a clue, did you miss the recent call? Once again the CEO shot down your Google concerns....... Do sum real research.
PLease do not continue posting meaningless nonsense.

IRIS ='s AAA+++. The question is does NUAN need ONEV to make their product user friendly? The, recent, akward demo of NUAN on a VISTA MID was obivoulsy lacking the ONEV patented 4th Gen Natural Language Interface, which is not a SPEECH ENGINE and has been called a secret on more than one occasion now.... Soon........
WHy be foolsih about the facts? Know what ONEV does.
Its easy yet oh my after all these years nothing but Wine... Pass the cheese please.......
Get it? ONEV is not a SPEECH ENGINE its a Natural Language User Interface .
This is from notes on the recent, public, call with the CEO.
"ONEV is not tied to any 1 speech engine, but Phillps is a longstanding customer that is not going anywhere. I thought Something was said about ONEV using NUAN text to speech, but some undislcosed participant attempted to ruin to call and I did not hear all that was said at that point and several others."

Dont ever forget ONEV is a common stock. And the its also the only one I have ever owned, why? The best growth potential, an honest ethical team and idea, and last but not least a product that engenders productivity gains/safety.
I never sold a mutual fund, worked with MS in WTC 2 for over 30 days in 2001, laid off from salaried job at Countrywide, 2 years ago, after anonomously turning in fraud at my branch.....Prior as a independent, Loan Officer, I averaged .0037% on all the loans I did none of which were sub-prime arms. ONEV MID Project: Intel IDF KeyNote Webcasts are out frmo IDF Taiwan. The Moorestown MID apparetnly makes an appearance via a video from the lab... Have not had a chance to view yet. From what I have heard ONEV is there but is not doing any specific demo......

Page 1 "Disposition of Claims" Section has the following listed:
4) Claim(s) 1-84 is/are pending in the application.
4a) Of the above claim(s) 4 and 5 is/are withdrawn from consideration.
6) Claim(s) 1-3 and 6-84 is/are rejected.
Thats part of page 1 of 63 pages. WHich lists the claims as pending claims the restates the most recent rejection, whuch is further detailed over the next 63 pages.
The first part that responds to the 6/2008 ammendments, on PAGE 3, states the following claims are now accepted: Claims 7-9, 12, 20, 53 & 63 are now accpeted.
Page 4 accepts the follwing ammendments: Claims 1, 26, 33, 35, 62 & 64 are considered and accepted, but not yet accpeted allowablilty over prior art on these....
As usual many want the retail shareholder to have nothing but misinformation. I have not finished reading all 64 pages but I do know whats being posted is a misrepresentation of the facts.
You did not supply the Patent Publication/application Number which is: 20050027539. Without that number no one can look up the accepted claims compared to the rejected claims in this ongoing US remote patent process. You do this everytime, why?
If anyone reads the details they will find many claims have been accepted and that current examiner agruments are directed at claims 1, 23, 33, 51 and 64.
Just like your inaccurate assessment of warrants and inaccurate intrerpretation's of last weeks call. This is misinformation you are presenting, why?
How long did it take Google to get the Subset of ONEV's patent? When I asked ONEV CEO about the significance I was directed to the 8 claims Google was repeatedly rejected on.

These are real world facts. ONEV is on the cusp of a statistically relevant number of users which equals NET REVENUE which is a huge deal. 2 to 3 years in the making, another fact as ONEV, officially, exited the Research and Devlopment Phase late 2005.
Sunday afternoon will be 9:10 in Taipie Taiwan right? Anand from Intels segment is always worth a listen! Wonder what we will hear frmo ONEV about this event?

"Intel's Atom Processor was recognized today as one of the innovations poised to change the world via the 2008 Popular Mechanics Breakthrough Awards. Recognized by Popular Mechanics specifically for its achievement in design, creativity and engineering, the Intel Atom processor is brilliantly efficient and a marvel of miniaturization that is bringing PC-like capabilities and a rich Internet experience to a new class of Mobile Internet Devices, including the new AIGO MID, BenQ S6 and the Clarion MIND, as well as to simple, affordable mobile and desktop machines known as netbooks and nettops. A complete report of the Breakthrough Awards will be published in the November issue of Popular Mechanics."
The real surpise will be the billion dollar plus market cap. As I have said many times before buy at a discoutn sell at a premium. Under .02 is a discount over .28 will be a premium price for '08.
Global revenue projection of just MTNL and Telmex..... Intel's Atom can grow that by ten times IMHO..... Then what about MOT?
Its not easy for those who do not understand common stock to understand a process like ONEV's.

One Voice Technology - ONEV
Here is an excerpt from the speech that talks about the One Voice Technology. No, they didn't say "One Voice", but One Voice just happens to be the voice recognition technology being demonstrated by Microsoft.
Bill Gates:
I talked about all of these devices and how they work together on behalf of the consumer, the best way to understand that is to see it in action. So I'd like to ask Steve Kaneko from our Windows Hardware Innovation team to come up and show us a scenario of how this is going to come together.
Welcome Steve.
STEVE KANEKO: Hi, Bill. How are you doing? Good to see you.
So let's put this technology to work and see how simple the future could be just to listen to music. I'll go ahead and pick up my remote control here, it could have come from a wireless inductive charger, and I'll simply press the biometric sensor on it. Notice how the system immediately recognizes who I am, going to my personal preferences for music. That's pretty neat. Now, when we have a terabyte of storage in the near future, I would have to go through I could have to go through thousands of songs, a number of different digital media. Now, this rich display on this remote will let me do that very easily, but because what I'm asking is going to be fairly straightforward, instead I'll press the top button on this remote and say, play Jason Moraz's latest album. I'll go ahead and pause that, notice how the system immediately went to work for me, using the processing power of the PC, powerful voice search and recognition software, and the embedded microphone on this remote all coming together to just produce that very, very simple result. It's pretty neat.

IHUB WHY RU MISREPRESENTING Your own WORDs from yesterday?: "Also, I do not agree that Dean stated that SBB is a paid basher, but he presented the prospect that such could be the case. I don't recall that he called SBB insane, either."
Now you are playing games? Why?
Do you think this statement is suggesting a sane person would post to the frequency and to the depth SBB does? Yes or no will suffice.
Webers words:
"..nobody certainly in their right mind would post to the frequency and to the depth that he does."
My words describing the above:
"I think the CEO said your posts were clearly insane when looking at the frequency and depth of your posts."
Suggesting Deans response implies sanity with intent to bash hmmm.

Webers Quote from 7/08 CC "Look at Google with their voice patents and what do they have? They have a sub-set of our voice patent."
This is a direct quote from the call which I recorded part of:
Weber: "Initially set up to talk to this guy Sant Barbara Broker, is he on the line at all?"
I thought that it would be good to make the offer to get him on the line and answer questions that I can answer on the phone. And The one thing I think is evident from his action, you know I dont understand this kind of breed of people, but it seems like there are people that are paid professionals to bash companies. For whatever intention they have if they are trying to drive share price down or trying to scare people whatever, nobody certainly in their right mind would post to the frequency and to the depth that he does. So he obviously has some other alternative intent. What I'd like to do is make sure people dont take him seriously, because if he is a paid professional basher, which I would assume he is. Then it doesn not seem like he has anything really credible to offer. "
Then Dean was interupted by SKYDOYLE who asked if Dean reads the board and yes he used the NAME SKYDOYLE. Dean said no. He gets the info from shareholders. It seems that IHUB miised the open of the call, I guess?
Dean Weber: " The company is clearly not a scam."
Now look at what I said:
"I think the CEO said your posts were clearly insanewhen looking at the frequency and depth of your posts."
So IHUB I hope you can accept this correction as these are the facts. If not I hope this helps others see how Dean views the game being played on the Chat Boards.
There were also comments about ONEV's Broad Based Patent and Googles narrowed patent.
I think the CEO's willingness to update us in this format again as attempt to quell the misinformation being distributed was a great solution. Until the next call expect mpore of the same from those with an agenda and or criminal intent.
We all can make the world a better place!

Thanks Dean, Rob & was that Dave?
Dean said he set up the call for you Santa Barbara Broker. Since you did not attend u were labeled a Paid professional with intentions. I think the CEO said your posts were clearly insane when looking at the frequency and depth of your posts.
Telmex will lead to an 8K. Timelines are from the customer and ONEV cannot makes waves to move it any faster.
Iris has 5700 subscribers in Tijuana and has not been rolled out to all of Telnor's 700,000 yet. Like the initial contract delays from Email only to full Mobile Voice this years events at Telmex were not forseen by ONEV including recent Focus groups at SMB and Residential. Every indication from Telmex that they will launch.
The CEO also seemed to aggree to a monthly update similiar to the call today as ONEV cannot constantly PR customer delays and events. "inside optics to Telmex" is not something ONEV can do publicly for any of their customer as delays occur....
ONEV is not tied to any 1 speech engine, but Phillps is a longstanding customer that is not going anywhere. I thought Something was said about ONEV using NUAN text to speech, but some undislcosed participant attempted to ruin to call and I did not hear all that was said at that point and several others.
ONEV signed an LOI with Tracphone with very clear milestones that will lead toi launch.
I found the fact the "IRIS" when pronounced properly does not sound like an enlgish version of part of an eye. It actually sounds like the name tagged to the BENQ MID "ARIES". Isnt that odd? OK maybe thats a stretch I am tired?!?!?!?
In closing I felt Dean made it clear that the products ONEV present offer strategic advantages to Key Global Players and that all is on track.

SBB those are not 8 questions:
ONEV will be at INtel Developer Forum starting 10/20/2008!
1. Question number 1's anwer is clearly spelled out in the SEC filings from day one. There was no product there were ideas/(IVAN 1st Voice search now globally patented google owns as ub-set patent)and patents pending.
It is not logical to suggest a compnay designing/defining a futuristic process using Voice Recognition, Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing would fit into a traditional funding model. The choice of Discount convertible financing was obvious from day 1 and has to do with the potential longevity of the project at hand and a potential need to adjust to chanign market consitions many times. THERE were never any PROMISES then or NOW and the financing has been legitimate, unlike the repeated FAILS to DELIVER/NAKED SHORT on ONEV shares.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1096088/0001095811-00-000975-index.html
2. This is a question for Mr Sharan not Dean or ONEV. Additionally you are suggesting legitiamte use of legitimate tools is somehow illegitimate. I have tried to contact him before have you? Why are you spending efforts here on a chat board if you think you have an answer to a systemic problem?
3. The New investors are not eliminating ONEV debt they are apparently buying it. And as of today the deal is still on the details will be known in good time, as dean said "watch for it"....
4. Telmex is in negotiona on licensing a contract was signed back in 2006 that led to the IRIS rollout at Telemex's crown jewel Telnor. www.yosoyiris.com
MTNL is in testing
Intel Bundle has been announced as a 4th Quarter appearance, almost all year.
MOT has yet to have the covers pulled off yet MOTOROLA confirmed an ongoing project with ONEV when you started posting LIES about a MOT IR rep friend of your being on a plane and some other nonsense ..remember?
5. Dean answered the commission question last call, did you miss it?
6. Ok a Revenue question, good one. whats that burning smell?
7. Dean has answered this question twice before. As the products hit mainstream that might not even change this is a command and control process that runs in the background not a $100 speech engine that only works when its loaded as the primary program, etc......
8. Ok two question you want additional details on Telmex and MTNL delays.
I hope I helped you realize you only have two questions? I am very disappointed you feel that your IP address is secure yet the telephone lines are not. Hmmmm not a real world problem but we all understand its a problem for u.
It obvious this is difficult for you, but I want u 2 try real hard... or soft we are here to help u as u change your mind and more...

Webers Quote from 7/08 CC "Look at Google with their voice patents and what do they have? They have a sub-set of our voice patent."
This call appears to be 4 your questiosn not mine. "Dean telling us how close MTNL was launching back in late 2007. Gee I wonder what happened???"
As always I will take a chance and try to uncover as much "real" DD as possible.
If you listened ONEV stated MTNL wanted Mobile Voice "Email Only" ASAP back in late 2007 nothing about a launch date. Did MTNL wait patiently or did both and why? Dean made the desire of MTNL pretty clear in 2007 no speed details about a launch other than email only versus full mobile voice.
Dean did, recently, state the potential for a new US carrier LOI that would be able to be launched faster.
I went over your most recent 50 posts and you of all people have lots of other questions, so will you be on the call? If so what are your 3 most pressing questions? Its your chance to tell Dean he is a "pretend CEO" man to man I hope you have the guts to say it to the mans face instead of thru a chatboard ad nauseum?
My DD efforts today, like 10/9/2008, have once again stumbled upon sum DD that might qualify as "SUPER DUPER". I will let the board know when I can confirm it with ONEV, that might take awhile they are busy... maybe you will post it first like last week on that new device with ONEV's Media Center Communicator listed as a feature in PHASE ONE OF EVO....
http://www.evo-phase1.com/features.html
Hope you get up the nerve to ask your questions and let Dean know what you think of his actions and why? If you cant I hope you can stop posting anything other than supported DD.

Webers Quote from 7/08 CC "Look at Google with their voice patents and what do they have? They have a sub-set of our voice patent."
I look forward to this ONEV call. Unfortunately I do not expect SBB, Skydoyle, Steve P, Suburlia, IRIS_A, steerz666 or other posters of misinformation to appear. Why? Many reasons, the most important being that their actions are often not within the scope of what the law allows in this arena.
Intentionally misleading and distracting, etc can qualify as a civil offense against ONEV shareholders "Intentional Infliction of Emotional distress" and the criminal liability for pubicly posting lies about a public traded company in support of "strategic Fails to deliver/Naked SHORting/securities manipulation" are being expanded....
I hope they prove me wrong but if/when they dont show and the boards continue allowing them to post libel/slander about onev the stage will be, fully, set for their demise.
I am not sure if the FBI is involved in identifying those posting fraudulent info pertaining to ONEV? The recent news from the IRS and recent posts from SBB appear to be enough straw to have broken the camels back....
ONEV and their PR firms know who I am and where I live. I can be a real pain in the but when trying to uncover the facts after being bombarded by fraudulent information on these boards. I think ONEV has made a great choice to open up the forum publicly...
Questions like what are the implications of Googles Subset patent?
Will Intel Embed a ONEV process on a chip in 2009?,
WIll Mobile Voice for Mid be available at the retail level for Linux netbooks?
As ONEV CEO what do u think is a reasonable market cap for ONEV at this point in time and why?
Last but not least the new financing details, cash burn rate information and Telmex and MTNL status....
Will those posting misinformation and emotionally targeting posts in hopes of collecting oNEV shares appear and attempt to confirm their alleged DD publicy with compnay official present? If they dont I think it warrants further formal complaints about the activity on these boards and the, regular, failure to deliver onev shares a successful attempt at manipulating ONEV shares.....
Rocky thank you for creating this board, it has made a differnce for me. Unfortunately, like many other boards nothing is being done about the posers....

One Voice brings a process to the world and has done so by the means of public financing. These efforts have led to a roll-out with Latin America's Telmex, the Government of India, Intel Projects, Motorola Projects and several Retail Lines. Keeping all channels full as the time for 4th generation VR/AI emerges into a statistically relevant number of lives.
When comparing ONEV's objectives and financial status to that of catastrophic failures such as Lehman, and others, paints a clear picture of abuse of power and the use of rumor mongering.
A quick look at moves in FNM, LEH and ONEV share/market cap prices says alot about ONEV's staying power over the years and this last few months. Did FNM or LEH have a rally the strength of ONEV's last .22 stand or even the .05 over the same timeframes?
The logic and strength of ONEV's global portfolio of patents are entact. As the applicable environments grow the income goes at light speed...

I wondered who would post it 1st! Nice find. SO ONEV "PIPE" dreams now have a CLOUD to rest on? The journey has been quite lengthy, or has it?...
http://www.evo-phase1.com/news.html
"The key features are level one super cloud computing applications, multi-desktop virtualization, gaming, place shifting/remote access, voice recognition, biometrics, DVR, internet television, HD, social networking connectivity, streaming content, downloaded content, VOD (Video on Demand), game SDK, VoIP home, Linux automatic backup storage and PC in one unit. Customers will be able to choose from several software application updates and flexible security protection check-ups. The system can come pre-loaded with Microsoft Windows for an additional price of $100.
Another unique benefit is that customers can reduce their monthly utility cost using Envizions triple/quadruple/quintuple play services consisting of: DSL, VOD, VoIP, gaming, and Backup Storage. Price packages are not available, but will be cost effective with considerable savings in most markets. Customers will receive benefit from annual cost savings approximating to $500. Business customers will also benefit from low cost biometric and automatic/remote storage features.
The system will also allow small to triple A development teams to work in a “cloud” environment corresponding with team members from around the world. Other key benefits include: Envizions Network distribution, monetizing and promotion. The network is designed for developers such as: music, content providers, game developers, artist, etc.
The console will be distributed with a modified Fedora OS 8 that is pre-loaded on the system. Customers have the ability to pull the new Mirrors Evolution software from Envizions “cloud” environment at their discretion. The Mirrors software will provide the “System of Tomorrow” applications. Customers will be able to purchase additional third party applications if needed. EVO leverages its cloud “network” which acts as an intranet or gateway server to Envizions back end mainframe."

10/8 Wimax hits Baltimore, MD. Out of those participating in joint venture Wimax projects ONEV has a signed MOU with Intel on MID devices and Google owns a sub-set of ONEV's patents.
When I consider the regulatory aspect of Wimax and the practical need for a safe interface coupled with the fun factor of products like Voice Tunes it all makes perfect sense. This also highlights why Telmex, MTNL, MOT and others like what they see at ONEV.
http://www.treocentral.com/content/Stories/2073-1.htm
"Baltimore is going live October 8 with Sprint Nextel's Xohm WiMAX broadband wireless service. In fact, if you’re willing to front some cash for computer plug-ins, you can get it now, before the official launch. Customers can access the network as soon as they install the devices."
"The Baltimore launch is the first in a $5-billion nationwide network that Sprint announced before it decided to partner with Clearwire. That joint venture, which also includes Comcast, Time Warner, Intel, and Google, is expected to become reality by the end of this year and begin operations in 2009. The Federal Communications Commission is still deciding whether to allow the deal."

III Take a look at this ONEV Video from the 8/2008 Intel IDF it is on an Intel Blog:
http://blogs.intel.com/idf/2008/08/mid.php
Is that the BENQ Mid ATOM from ONEV is holding up? (oops I mean Adam... )
I have no problem with discounting any publicy traded firm publicly, but to regularly mislead folks on the details of discount and premium pricing is not ethical, legal, moral and most importantly is serving no legitimate purpose.
The ONEV process beats all VR hands down in one area, in my honest opinion. That one area is reality of use, command and control/artificial intelligence in the background with access to all via the shortest most effective route. This encompasses many functions including accessing speech engine/s and core processor compnents, right? Not put my software up front and first and watch it make every one elses work slower......thats 1st, 2nd and 3rd gen VR....
Now couple the technological marvels we know as a portfolio of ONEV Global Patents with the realities of being a public traded entity on the verge of breakeven, GLOBAL, revenue streams.....
My preium based pricing scenario still holds the potential for ONEV to earn billions, with 50 to 100 million in rev's occuring as quick as many think.....
some best bets include stating a tr emendous attempt now no yield..
In the end the rewards far outweigh any yields the smaller equipments market might have gained....

Some bet because it's a tr ying attempt now near yearly. lows.
Others because the last SEC filings and the conference call clearly illustrate break even contracts and now a new source to push more new business out faster... All curiously timed with INTEL's ATOM. In the face of "strategic naked shorting" with 100 year institutions dropping like flies ONEV is still standing without govt life support, 2nd time around for them, 1st time was as a "DEVELOPMENT STAGE ENTERPRISE". a business unit of Royal Philips Electronics (AEX: PHI, NYSE: PHG) and leader in speech recognition solutions, especially in the European healthcare market. With the combined resources of Nuance and PSRS, Nuance significantly enhances its ability to deliver innovative, speech-driven clinical documentation and communication solutions to healthcare organizations throughout Europe.

Through this transaction, Nuance expands upon its mission to transform the way healthcare organizations document patient care. In recent years, Nuance’s healthcare solutions have become the industry standard for automating clinical documentation in North America, targeting the estimated $10 billion spent annually for medical transcription alone. The opportunity for automated documentation solutions is also significant in Europe, where an estimated $2 billion is spent each year for manually processing clinical information and where governments have made substantial investments to digitize healthcare systems, such as the $24 billion applied to the National Health Service National Programme for IT in England.
“Nuance has been disciplined and focused in our pursuit of the healthcare opportunity in North America, a strategy that has paid dividends both in our rapid growth and the broad adoption of our solutions,” said Paul Ricci, chairman and CEO at Nuance. “PSRS provides a solid foundation of customers, partners and European language-solutions as we expand our business in Europe and enable broader geographical leverage for Nuance’s portfolio of healthcare products and services.”
Under terms of the agreement, consideration for the transaction is 66 million Euro, or approximately $96.1 million. Consideration comprised a cash payment of 21.7 million Euro on September 26, 2008, and a deferred payment of 44.3 million Euro to be paid in cash on September 21, 2009. Nuance expects the acquisition in fiscal 2009 to add between $36 million and $39 million in GAAP revenue; $37 million and $40 million in non-GAAP revenue after adjusting for revenue lost to purchase accounting; GAAP earnings between $0.00 and $0.01 per share; and non-GAAP earnings between $0.02 and $0.03 per share. See “Discussion of non-GAAP Financial Measures” below for further information.
“Nuance’s strong European operational performance this quarter and fiscal year provide motivation for the acquisition of PSRS,” commented Tom Beaudoin, CFO at Nuance. “In addition, our sustained performance of positive cash flows in the fourth quarter and projected cash flows in fiscal year 2009 give us confidence in funding this acquisition with cash.”
Beaudoin continued: “We anticipate that our Healthcare business will now deliver worldwide revenues in excess of $410 million in fiscal year 2009. Operating margins in our healthcare business should be up sharply, above the corporate average for the full fiscal year, as we realize the synergies from fully integrating PSRS and leverage the operational momentum in our North American healthcare business.”
Headquartered in Vienna, Austria, PSRS has proven itself a market leader in Europe with consistent customer growth and partner relationship expansion. PSRS offers speech recognition solutions in 25 languages, the most comprehensive language portfolio in healthcare, to meet virtually all medical documentation requirements regardless of location, medical vocabulary or healthcare provider’s native language. Through more than 100 integration partners worldwide, PSRS solutions can be used with healthcare IT applications found in hospitals, practices and other healthcare organizations, as well with medical transcription platforms. In addition, recent acquisitions in both Germany and Spain have further broadened its operations and capabilities for the European healthcare market.
“With multiple industry initiatives and significant government investment toward healthcare information standardization, Europe offers a large and growing market for innovative technology that improves provider productivity and the clinical documentation process,” said Marcel Wassink, CEO of Philips Speech Recognition Solutions. “Together with Nuance and our broad partner base, we believe we can accelerate access to advanced, speech-enabled solutions that enhance the way medical reports are created and shared, as well as speed the utilization of electronic medical records. In addition, we are fully committed to - and will expand upon - the benefits we deliver to our customers and partners today.”
FYI I have never had contact or reply problems with Cervelle or Rob. In fact, I got my answers for this week today. ONEV is very busy so good luck there but they do also reply....
For anyone thats interested it sounds like thursday news will exist. When will we get to hear about it? I do not know. What are the exact details? I do not know...
I also know most of the questions I want answered will be answered over the next few weeks. The other questions I have will not be answered so I try not to keep asking them, maybe those types of questions are holding up your reply?....
Any who, gotta run

GO ONEV!!!
ONEV PATENTED product/process is not limited to any 1 Speech engine. Read the patents:
http://www.wipo.int/portal/index.html.en
In the beggining ONEV was using both IBM and Phillips speech engines. The IBM engine was $400K a month, if I remember right. Pretty sure that IBM speech engine is now being made avaliable to developers just like the NUAN engine is for Android...free
SO if Motorola made an Android Handset and wanted it to have a ONEV interface for networking and various other reasons the default speech engine would be NUAN not phillips right? If so what would it cost ONEV as NUAN made the speech engine avaailable for free for ANDROID?
Dont be fooled on the oNEV patented processes, they have the attention of Intel, Telmex , Motorola, Google and many others.
Gotta Run
Peace
I called Cervelle at market open this am and was told Rob was on the phone, I asked to hold and was told the call was with a CEO and would be rather lengthy... I left a message asking about new investors..
Seems like a very interesting time...
Go ONEV
Thanks for the update VENO! Was that from Cervelle? They did mention a deal being presented when I last contacted them...
the market speaks...
Since 8/26/2008 172,000 shares of ONEV have been like a rock compared to 88 shares of FNM which have been bashed on the rocks like sum squid..... ONEV has had no bailout and has been subjected to "Strategic Naked Shorting"........ Only one thing 4 sure today:
ONEV is still STANDING.

On 8/26/08 ONEV closed at $0.0029 FNM closed at $5.62
$500 worth of ONEV bought at .0029 ='s appoximately 172,413 shares $500 worth of FNM at $5.62 ='s approx. 88 shares.
SO what will 172,413 of ONEV be worth at the end of market today? How about those 88 shares of FNM? And we have 3.8ish months to go in 2008..... WHo will win ONEV or FNM? (US GOVT has 80% controlling interest via Warrant right? No one has such a grip on ONEV. Too bad its too late to short a little FNM to buy ONEV huh? )
8/26/2008
"So what other large cap FNM/micro cap ONEV plays offer the potential of these two? And of the two what will $500 be by the end of '08 in each... It shall be an interesting race indeed..and I dont see either expiring anytime soon....."
Common Stock will fluctuate, even when backed by Debt Obligations secured by the full faith of a government. Common Stock fluctuations range from Premium prices to sumtimes 0 or discounted prices and sumtimes back to premium prices.
At current Outstanding Shares Numbers its still my hypothesis that a price of .02 or less, for ONEV, is a discount. Strategic Fail to delivers have created ,abnormally, wide spreads and declines that are artificial illusions...
The CEO did Mention "legal reasons" in the last Conference Call. Last I checked everything was pretty much the same as stated in the last conference call.
4th QTR '08 has been talked about all year. The Conference Call was a signpost of ongoing deals. Its been followed by a quiet period... The glass is half full and rising.... questioning any comments from CC at this point is futile that was the reason for the CC...
Why anyone thinks timing of Telmex projects and or others is anything other than strategy at this spoint is barking up the wrong tree IMHO.....
The 4th Generation VR/AI interface! Go ONEV!
Gotta Run, busy week

In less than 30 days the next Intel IDF event will begin; Intel Developer Forum 10/20/2008-10/21/2008 Taipei Tawain.
http://blogs.intel.com/idf/2008/08/keynote_trickery_and_moorestow.php?iid=idf_home+body_keynote
"Moorestown also had a cameo in the keynote, but the gritty details of the product will have to wait until IDF Taiwan for its full coming-out party. The video shown on the screen pictured an iPhone-esque form factor device that was about half the width. While the unit isn’t in production, it showed video conferencing, map functions and much more."
Any thoughts on ONEV's Mobile Voice for MId and its presence at the next IDF?
AND Last but not least the Super Duper DD for the week BELOW...
Iris Link on Telnor main page, no looking for IRIS required, hmmm. If you go to Telnor.com a link to the "Administrador Iris" can be found. So will we hear more on the "NEW FEATURE" soon? Last I heard a "Focus Group" was being conducted on the "NEW FEATURE".
http://telnor.com/
The LOI, talked about in last CC, was signed. Telmex comments have not changed other than the addition of a "Focus Group" working on the new, SECRET, feature. Mohave changed CEO and is in default on contractual obligation of $25,000+ a month. (My own research into this leads me to beleive current/NEW MOHAVE MGT/CEO and structure changes are behind this move.) This is what my calls to Cervelle have revealed since the last CC.
I find it interesting that at a time when the news flow is postive the unfounded 24/7 pro[aganda aimed against ONEV continues. I take solace knowing not one posting woes has demonstrated any knowledge of the product or patents and what they do and are designed for.
The facts are clear and many appear cemented as of last spring 2008:
ONEV Mobile Voice for MID software will be bundled this holiday season! A 1st!
Telemx rolls out Mobile Voice to millions while introducing a new ONEV driven feature!
MTNL rolls out MObile Voice Email to millions.
A new US Carrier rolls out Mobile Voice.
As these events become public we can shift our focus to ONEV process being EMBEDDED onto Intel chips for the Moorestown dilly oh's~!!!! Rememergence of the Remote Project possibly with ATT and or Apple. Followed by growth of the retail channel sales of Voice Tunes, Media Center Communicater, Mobile Voice for MID/Linux and Say2Play...
Last but not least the Super Duper DD for the week...
Well said Veno & Ceeit, the Transfer Agent of ONEV should be working on it along with the SEC and others on the curretn fails....
It would be nice if ONEV acknoweldges the release of the information to the public, but anything more at this point is wishful thinking...
I will keep the faith on this as our sytem is designed to right these wrongs not embrace them......
As for the projects at hand and 3rd quarter results, hmmmmm
Intel Atom 330 Dual Core is out!
http://www.networkworld.com/news/2008/092208-intel-makes-the-dual-core-atom.html
The Atom 330 is designed for desktop computer and has two 1.6GHz processor cores and 1M byte of Level 2 cache. The chip also supports 667MHz DDR2 memory. The single-core 1.6GHz Atom 230 chip supports slightly slower 533MHz DDR 2 memory.
Detailed technical specifications of the Atom 330 were not available at the time of writing, but the use of faster memory appears designed to reduce bottlenecks that occur when multiple processor cores compete for access to data that is stored in main memory.
Pricing for the new chip was announced ....
I am hoping for news on all fronts this week!
Has anyone done a Super Duper DD search lately?
The monies owed ONEV deserve an update as well....
gotta run
peace
GOVT witness list is still a protected document. Dont get 2 excited. $7 Million was stolen from ONEV and their shareholders, not 337,000 shares. I dont see any point in trying to downplay the $7 million number with the share count. At best, such efforts appear driven by an agenda no different than that of Mr Haynes and his cohorts..
The 150K plus list of public scam accusations made against the ONEV CEO are not congruent with any relevant facts. INtentions of those misrepresenting information presented by ONEV on the Motorola deal and others deserve scrutiny in open court as their source has the intention of manipulating the price of the security and any valid public information surrounding such security.
The recent discovery of a theft of enough funds to have supported ONEV efforts on the GLOBALLY PATENTED 4th Gen VR/AI interface for at least half of the last 7 years is huge.
I think it is very important to get ONEV on the No-Short list and or explain why the banks, who are involved in funneling these illegal gains and using Naked Shorting as a strategy are being protected. This is where it hits the fans if shareholders stand up for their rights...
Where has the SEC and FINRA been all these years for ONEV, Overstock and others... WHy has this, alleged, sophisticated manner of counterfeiting been tolerated? It's no different, selling shares you dont have or creating certificates, they both artficially increase the compnaies authorized and OUtstanding Share count with out company, or shareholder, notice.
This is all starting to look a little like Ethan Hunts Watergate persecution... Maybe this ONEV fraud will lead to many others being brought to justice......Maybe congress, sec, finra and a few others need to read Mr Hunts conclusion at the end of American Spy?
The facts stand $7 Million stolen at a time when the founder and CEO had yet to sell 1,000 shares, the company hit a Market Cap high of over $250,000,000 and then the crooks took their peice of the pie leaving no pie for ONEV, its shareholders or the development stage enterprise project we know as 4th Gen VR/AI....
For years its been posted that ONEV is a scam that ONEV is hiding sumthing. Well the truth is out. The IRS was hiding sumthing. ONEV is not a scam. ONEV was valued at over 250 Million before a hint of revenues existed. This was not all hype it was based on the idea, patents and Webers previous accomplishement at NASA and dare I say military contractors.... Weber learned how to do this long ago in an environment where accuracy was a must not a luxury...
Without revelaing my life I can say that a few years ago I was in talks with the IRS over a tax dispute. When I tried to cry, I cant afford it, my ONEV shares were referenced... I found it odd at the time but now it makes perfect sense....
So by the end of 2000 ONEV had an A/S of 50 Million with a little over 12 Million Shares outstanding. BY this point in time ONEV had spent almost 20 Million on the development stage. At that time the CEO, Dean Weber, had around 6 million shares, around half.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1096088/000089843001500165/d10ksb.txt
So that was the 1st time and over $7million was siphoned from shareholders and the company. Take a look did Dean sell even 1000 shares? Nope yet someone counterfeited and sold an additional $7 million of ONEV shares...
If we Fast forward to today ONEV is being subjected to the alleged legal, now illegal, type of counterfeiting known as "Naked Shorting". The folks playing this game have publicly berated ONEV over money spent for years.. It is a crime to fail to deliver and manipulate a share price....
I think its a great time for those posting rumors 24/7 on oNEV to be identified to the SEC and other authorities so they can be questioned abou thteir knowledge on the current fails.... I also think its a great tim eto support ONEV and their honest efforts on the wolrd changing 4th gen VR/AI interface....
I want ONEV looked at for past and present offenses of naked shorters, publicly,........
http://sec.gov/news/press/2008/2008-214.htm
Hedge fund managers, broker-dealers, and institutional investors with significant trading activity in financial issuers or positions in credit default swaps will be required, under oath, to disclose those positions to the Commission and provide certain other information.
The Commission also approved a formal order of investigation that will allow SEC enforcement staff to obtain additional documents and testimony by subpoena. Investigators from NYSE Regulation and FINRA will be conducting a separate, parallel inquiry in coordination with the SEC by making on-site visits to various broker-dealers to address concerns about recent short selling activity.
A few more interesting details:
Defendants fraudulent use of One Voice stock..causing nominee shareholders to sign affidavits, blank stock powers and third party release forms, coordinating the efforts to obtain a bond or collateral for the transfer of One Voice shares to his nominees, and coordinating the sale of One Voice stock through accounts in the name of Lasano International and Yorkshire Growth Fund.
"Further, the fraudulent nature of the Defendants income is probative of his motive to conceal the source by failin gto report illegal income."
All this stuff led to a conviction. The rules are clear on Overissuance of securities, they have to be bought back in, how that works with $7 Million thats been spent illegally and in alot limbo....(Bankruptcies of these criminlas are also being redone........) I dont know.... I do know this is not ONEV's obligation. $7 Mllion dollars income to crooks....lets see how it unfolds...
It would be nice if ONEV got the houses with out the mortgages...... This is quite a tale to be adding to the ONEV story to date......
Ok that its
Gotta Run

The 3/2008 Plea aggreement for Jett explains a few more details:
Approximately, 337,500 Shares were sold by Paradise Valley Securities and some of the certificates in question were from shell compnay Belridge...
The following Government Exhibits are what I cannot find does anyone know how to look at these?
Exhibit 1-2 Letter to Payne re One Voice payments (witness Payne) Exhibit admitted 9/8/08
Exhibit 6-3 Letter to Walton re One Voice Certificates (Witness Farrell) Exhibit admitted 9/9/08
Exhibit 9-1 Paradise Valley Brokerage Statements
Exhibit 9-2 Paradise Valley Brokerage statements
Exhibit 13-6 Transfer of proceeds of sale of One Voice Stock
Jetts plea aggreement clearly illustrates that this plea does no allevaite obligations resulting from the fraud......
In the few days I have had to research this I have found that it is not unusual for this type of news to be everything but timely in nature...
This was a overissuance of ONEV securites and that has to be corrected.
I look forward to the interesting week that lies before us!
Gotta Run

Great DD, the most recent case number is 07CR065 I have not had a chance to look yet, was the docket sheet available for the current case ?
I dont have time to play with pacer until tommorow....
Thanks to those providing DD!
FWIW, I noticed a post about MOhave that is missing the rest of the information that ONEV IR is providing. Yes there is 3 bits of public info on MOhave ONEV deal at ONEV IR yet the recent post is missing the other 2 pieces of info....
In addition to that, is Mohave no longer part owned by Verizon? Does frontier now own the whole kit and kaboodle?
Gotta Run
peace
P.S. Morley this is not a NON-EVENT.
FYI, as of today the Transfer Agent had no comment or knowledge of the case so I really doubt ONEV knew in advance.
The DOJ is searching to see if any other information they have can be released. As of now nada, zip...
IRS has all the information, will we need a FOIAS to get at it?
My knowledge of ONEV is that they are an honest firm making honest efforts. Heck, they put up with my ranting... You see I rant at the company if I have a beef... Most of my beef is about the "Fraudulent Sales " of ONEV shares. This was obviously secondary in the IRS case and why information was not released until this week. Opening the door to force a $7million correction/buyin/more jail time... take your pick its a positive for ONEV in my book as they are not on the Hook...
It seems to me that this could wind up being a feather in their cap they did not know they had....
To those interested in my efforts with FINRA and SEC on Naked shorting, ..... Its not just ONEV folks... ONEV does happen to be a very clear example of abuses by those who should know better.... I beleive in a free market. That means if I cant short you cant short. If I cant buy you cant buy.
It amazing how my words get twisted up on the board at times, oh well.... I deal in facts and from those fact I make a hypothesis frmo time to time... No agenda.
Gotta Run
