Then why would anyone need or want to fail to deliver ONEV shares?

Its not a ONEV holdup and its not the Stock Transfer agent so why the repeated "fail to deliver"?

I will be waiting for your answer. Why are the sellers not delivering the shares they have sold for weeks now?
