Got my Actipatch a couple weeks ago
After several uses of the Actipatch I found that it works very well indeed.
I have degenerated discs in my lower back (L5 and L4). Untreated my pain level varies between "pretty uncomfortable" to "totally incapacitating" and is never "no pain."
For me it needs 8-12 hours running but that gives me 4-6 days of nearly total relief from pain. Not even opiates (which I hate taking...they make me nauseated) work that well.
For me it is really a miracle. I look forward to hearing what your relative experiences.
Anyone know what happened with V Giorgio Vodka?
EDIT: Nevermind, I found this:
https://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=68863213
This is ancient history but interesting for a newcomer to SBES. V Giorgio Vodka was the product of V Giorgio Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of South Beach Spirits, see:
www.marketwired.com/press-release/v-georgio-vodka-signs-manufacturing-supply-agreement-with-leading-distilled-spirits-otc-pink-sbes-2061328.htm
There is a defunct Facebook page:
https://www.facebook.com/VGeorgioPremiumVodka
It appears this product is still available, see:
https://www.wine-searcher.com/find/giorgio+vodka
At least one place had 15 bottles on hand. I will go buy them all so I have something to celebrate with when SBES pops its cork!
I am no chartist, but isn't that a pennant forming?
If it is, we should see an uptick before close and then a break up in the AM. I think.

Ibeto has 2 plants together producing around 10K tons per day minimum
That translates to 3.6M tons per year. The largest cement producer in Nigeria (Dangote) produces around 80M tons per year and posts revenue of N806 (US$2.3B).
Assuming Ibeto's revenue per ton is similar, current production means N3.6B / year, or US$10.1M. That is cement production alone and doesn't count the cement importing business.
Since Ibeto was a private company information is harder to come by and its possible the production figures above are much too small. Ibeto may have other production facilities that I haven't found yet. If there are additional facilities then Ibeto's revenue will be correspondingly higher.
Hopefully my math checks out.
Dr. Ibeto is apparently not liked by some powerful people in Nigeria.
Check out this article its very interesting though not sure what it means for CYPE, if anything:
http://sycamoretimes.com/nigeria-and-ibeto-cement-what-are-really-the-issues-what-crime-did-lbeto-commit/
Apparently he is of an ethnicity called "Igbo" and though I have no idea what that means it is apparently some sort of ethic minority and perhaps not of the "right" ethnicity.
The article indicates some bad blood with another large cement manufacturer Dangote that is eponymously named and owned by a very wealthy man. Legal battles going back to early 2000s...quite the soap opera.
Feldman raised AS to 20B. See the 8K

According to the 8K...
Audited financial statements for CytoBioscience are due no later than May 29th (by my count of 71 days after the 8K filing). I suppose they could come earlier but it looks like they haven't been filed yet.
Could get very interesting between now and then...
Up 6.5% in pre-market trading too. Nice.
Don't they have to submit an 8-K no more than four days after the closing of the deal? If correct there should be a new 8-K posting no later than close-of-business Tuesday.
Could someone more knowledgeable explain if this is right or not?
Thanks for the message Peter. Looking forward to the future!
Great to hear Peter. Thanks for the update! We all know you're working hard. Looking forward to the future.
And now, for the Rally Monkey!
http://www.rallymonkey.com/video/kenindex.swf
Yeah but ARCA has been on bid on and off since last Thursday...it appears someone buying through ARCA is trying to accumulate cheap shares. They are always in just under the bid, rarely the highest. I wish I had access to a market book for this stock...I only have book data for big boards.
ARCA is in extreme discount-accumulation mode...I wonder what they plan to do with all the shares they are picking up?
Any idea how many NITE's picked up? I am wary of a "let's scare the hell outta the pennies right before the long weekend" move. Seen it before, and its easy to instill a sense of panic when ppl see HUGE sells driving the PPS down.
If NITE is planning to move to a short position, the price is gonna have to move higher first. And speak of the devil I just looked at L2...whats NITE doing? Bastards...
Anyone know how many shares ARCA picked up earlier? I don't think they got many...
I don't like it when they lurk low on the bid...makes me nervous.
Time for the Rally Monkey to make an appearance

Someone had to do it...
Some TUBR DD
Probably posted already but here it is again. Someone add this to ibox. All this came from the information posted on PinkSheets.

In TUBR's Information Disclosure, these two items look very nice, and if they can live up to these standards, moving to a different exchange (NASD) would be easy:
ITEM XII
The issuer’s most recent balance sheet and profit and loss and retained earnings statements. Financial statements prepared in conformity with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles are enclosed. The company intends to provide such financial statements within 45 days of the end of each fiscal quarter, and within 90 days of the end of each fiscal year.
ITEM XIII
Similar financial information for such part of the 2 preceding fiscal years as the issuer or its predecessor has been in existence. Financial statements prepared in conformity with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles are enclosed. The company intends to provide such financial statements within 45 days of the end of each fiscal quarter, and within 90 days of the end of each fiscal year.
I told him SOMA & EQBM should sail or sink together.
Not necessarily. If Larry wanted to RM EQBM into SOMA that would be fine with me, as long as all of Dalian ends up under SOMA and the share structure ended up being somewhat sane.
He would need to get SOMA trading in the US of course, preferably on OTCBB or AMEX.
I am trading with TDA, and I have 3 sets of stuff in my account with symbol "n/a" Those are probably the grants of SOMPF and the two warrants. Obviously the warrants are worthless, but what do I need to do with TDA to get the stock to show up correctly?
Does anyone using TDA have theirs showing correctly?
Thanks much!
Will do, I love tuna!
MOASS = Mother of all Short Squeezes
This stock wasn't shorted, or at least NSS isn't why there are excessive shares in the market. There are excessive shares due to fraud (not that NSS isn't fraud), where a couple jokers formed a company called BigHub, printed shares with the *real* BigHub CUSIP and conned a TA into putting the fake shares on the market.
That TA (Select American) is on the hook to buy back the shares from the market place, be it pink, gray or polka-dotted.
SA is probably a victim here, as is the real BigHub. SA is still going to have to pay, victim or not.
The MMs aren't liable, so why would they care about the fraudulent shares? I think there are MMs out there who sign up for this in a New York minute, and I think BigHub has probably anticipated this scenario and already solicited an MM who has agreed. All they need is the 15c211 and we're off to the races.
Furthermore, if the TA is *required* to buy the shares off the market (which has been the understanding all along), they will simply have buy them from the gray sheets instead...yes it will take longer due to the lack of partials clearing, but it would still happen. Why do you think SA is squirming so? They know they are liable, that's why.
I don't think holders of BHUB are going to lose, quite the contrary, I think the MOASS is on and SA is picking up the tab.
Are people keeping this over the long weekend? Is there any likelihood of unilateral SEC action?
So he's saying the PR was faked or at least misleading...Yucatan was short or the higher stock price was going to mess up a acquisition...or something else?
What do you think?
OK its possible I am reading something into the PR of the 19th. So what does the PR mean then?
But what I want to know is, what is the shell they are going to RM into? Anyone?
Actually I was way off, checked my math again...
Its about 1562 miles^2!
About 40 miles^2
Geez, I thought everyone knew that.
OT: What do you guys use for Screening and L2?
Directors in this context is with a capital "D" though. That means they are on the Board of Directors. As you know, the CEO's boss is the Board.
Well a million here, a million there, pretty soon you're talking about *real* numbers.

I trade at TD Ameritrade and my dividend stuff was unwound into 3 things of equal number. I assume one is a share of SOMA and the other two are the warrants.
Each of these has no name, and is listed with a symbol "n/a". Are other people's the same way?
Are you saying he should now be known as "Leisure Suit" Larry Skolnik?
If you bought EQBM around the divi cutoff, your eqbm stock might not have settled in time.
I have the same problem with Ameritrade...I bought 370000 shares of EQBM to round out my holdings to an even 2M, but I bought it on or around Nov. 29th, and the purchase didn't settle until Dec. 3rd, after the divi cutoff. I did not get the divi for the 370000 that didn't settle.
I wasn't aware the settlement period affected dividends, but it is apparently commonplace. If anyone knows differently please speak up!
That's it!
Thanks Righty!
Does anyone have a copy of the PR released around December 15th? I am not sure of the exact date, but the PR I am thinking of has revised payment and exercise dates for the divvy. I can't find it anywhere, not even on PRNewsWire's own web site.
My broker is giving me a hard time regarding payment of my divvy...they say I didn't have part of my EQBM shares (about 15% of my total) settled in time to get the divvy.
I wonder if this is another trick? The PR would be good ammo against them.
Thanks!
Yes, and that speaks of great confidence on Larry's part.
The way the divi was structured before this PR you had to spend $.78 and it would have been a real roulette play, because the exercise date was so soon after the award date. You would have had to use the warrants virtually on faith alone.
Now we hopefully will get a chance to see how SA1 performs before we are forced to exercise the warrants. In my mind that means Larry is quite sure SA1 will be performing very well.
Let's all hope so, anyway!
