If you bought EQBM around the divi cutoff, your eqbm stock might not have settled in time.
I have the same problem with Ameritrade...I bought 370000 shares of EQBM to round out my holdings to an even 2M, but I bought it on or around Nov. 29th, and the purchase didn't settle until Dec. 3rd, after the divi cutoff. I did not get the divi for the 370000 that didn't settle.
I wasn't aware the settlement period affected dividends, but it is apparently commonplace. If anyone knows differently please speak up!
