The MMs aren't liable, so why would they care about the fraudulent shares? I think there are MMs out there who sign up for this in a New York minute, and I think BigHub has probably anticipated this scenario and already solicited an MM who has agreed. All they need is the 15c211 and we're off to the races.

Furthermore, if the TA is *required* to buy the shares off the market (which has been the understanding all along), they will simply have buy them from the gray sheets instead...yes it will take longer due to the lack of partials clearing, but it would still happen. Why do you think SA is squirming so? They know they are liable, that's why.

I don't think holders of BHUB are going to lose, quite the contrary, I think the MOASS is on and SA is picking up the tab.
