If you were aware of the gap at .47, you would have been prepared for this morning's dip. I was prepared and scooped shares.

If they can think now, what stopped them from thinking earlier when they saw the signs to publish warnings? No excuses can absolve their inefficiencies. SEC is not doing a good job in protecting investors.

This could jump to .002 in a heartbeat at the opening bell.

This is a very shady company. I would not go anywhere close to it. There are lots of other good companies to invest in. Stay away from this fraud.

I placed an order too at .0008 to average down and it got filled quite fast.

If a RS is ruled out then it leads me to believe a stock buyback will have to happen at some point in time to reduce the shares if they are looking to sell the company in the future.

Thanks for your input. I bought a fair number of shares of $OZSC recently. I was concerned to know if I was safe here or not from any likelihood of an RS. Your perception makes me feel better.

I gather that the company was not active for sometime due to hurdles it was facing, but it is working on a comeback.

People were complaining the company does not exist and no one picks the phone, yet we saw 3.5 billion shares traded yesterday which baffled me for a supposedly nonexistent company. This info sheds some light and allays the fears of investors who feel were cheated into buying yesterday's surge only to see it drop immediately thereafter.
