The DD here would justify daily moves over 1000%. The market is extremely clueless at the moment. Once they catch on, look out!
There has never been a bigger OTC story than this one. I can't believe the DD here.
I am very familiar with Rotman's furniture. I hear their radio adds almost daily in NH/MA. This is absolutely unbelievable. I've never seen such a HUGE OTC story that actually involved a REAL successful company from the US.
Holy shit I see and hear the Rotman's commercials all the time. That's a big effing company.
He's clearly trying to make Woodbrook the next Berkshire Hathaway and have a PPS of $250k+.
Where the eff did all the volume go?
Oh my gosh we have to wait until next year to get some press releases!?
Not seeing a sticky from Sterling.
Okay well then how do you explain all these trades at 16:10:29 (4:10:29pm)?
SOHM T-Trades https://imgur.com/gallery/YjjRXNz
They are on the etrade L2.
Lots of .001 t-trades just hit.
SOUL is just a coin... It's not referring to SOUL the OTC ticker.
Maybe he's been smocking too much covfefe?
If you're making money you're not getting scammed tho... if you're losing money then you might feel like you're getting scammed... it's all a matter of perspective...
Hey if people are making money, who cares what the company is involved in? One thing we all know is that R/M's consistently produce 1000%+ runners in the OTC. If you have the opportunity to be apart of one of those runs, why wouldn't you?
If you're holding any penny stock after a big run you're not doing it right. None of these are investments. They are strictly trading vehicles to make a lot of money in a short amount of time. The fact of the matter is that the majority of R/M's, especially ones led by Kistler, will have a run. It's up to the trader to exit the run with a profit.
One of the recent ones that comes to mind is AEPP, which is now ONCX and that ran from subpennies to .195.
The majority of Kistler plays run big, I'm quite familiar with them. You'd be a fool not to ride one of his reverse mergers from this early on.
Couldn't be that young, Woodbrook has only been around for 5 years.
I never go by what disgruntled employees say. My sister owns a legitimate IT consulting company and has had to fire people for poor performance. You can find a few bad reviews in a google search that make her company sound like a scam.
Ziad might have a sketchy past, but Woodbrook is a legitimate company.
I'm not saying there will be one, but I also don't care if there is one. This isn't a scam OTC with toxic funding. The RS is just a psychological thing here. It literally affects nothing if it were to happen.
Not sure why anyone is worried about a company potentially performing a reverse split for the purposes of making it to the Nasdaq? It's to make it to the freaking NASDAQ!!! It doesn't get much more bullish than that. Also, does anyone here ever see what happens to Nasdaq stocks after an RS? They tend to run big since the float has been so drastically reduced. Many Nasdaq day traders purposely play post RS companies because there's usually an opportunity to make some serious percent gains.
An RS is only negative in the OTC where share selling scams use it as a means to dilute your investment down to nothing. And it's used as a scare tactic by your fellow OTC investors.
An RS doesnt affect the amount you invested and it doesnt affect your ROI potential when it's for the purposes of uplisting to the Nasdaq.

Okay maybe the 20x-50x range isnt that common, but I was able to find a lot of asset management companies that are in the 8x-14x range. One company I was able to find actually is 50x and the ticker is CLM.
We all know OTC stocks with a lot of hype tend to run past what would be considered a normal market cap. The inflated market caps typically don't last that long, but it happens fairly often.
IMO
Go take a look at some of the small cap Nasdaq investmest/finance companies. A lot of them are carrying market caps 20x-50x their revenue. Some of the companies I looked at aren't even close to being on the same level as Woodbrook and I was seeing values around $500m-$1b. The p/e ratios of finance companies are much higher than a lot of the other sectors. NHPI has a lot of room to run.
IMO
WOW 109%!!! INFO MUST BE GETTING LEAKED!!! SOMETHING BIG IS IN THE WORKS!!!
GO ONCX!!!
Somewhere between .40-.80
I was looking through financial investment companies on the Nasdaq and was finding companies that had market caps that were 20x-50x their revenue. I think Woodbrook could easily be worth $500m now and over $1b+ based on the speculation of their future business and expansion plans.
IMO
I think in the next hour or so.
So if they are doing $175 million in revenue and Woodbrook makes up half of their portfolio.... where does that put Woodbrook's revenue at?
Things that make you go hmmm....
Isn't there more to Woodbrook than just those businesses? Also, they have plans to keep expanding business wise and also get their AUM up to $20B. In the not so distant future they could be pulling revenues between $50m-$100m. The future is extremely bright and the market cap could easily hit the $500m-$1b mark in the short term.
IMO
+26% today!!! Great close to the week!!! The future is looking bright!!!
Once we get filings and updates this will start to move. Right now people are just accumulating at these low levels in anticipation of that move.
They would obviously have to RS to meet PPS standards, but Nasdaq is a long way away because there is a lot of work that needs to be done to qualify. They need to become SEC compliant and submit audited financials just for starters. There is a lot more that goes into and it could be at least a year before they are even close to making a leap like that.
This stock is going to run hard for months barring any funny business. This is way undervalued at current levels.
IMO
Did you ever hop on the NHPI train? It has been rolling.
Yep it's halted. You called it!!!
Clay shows up and so does ASCM. Things that make you go hmmm....
WHY ISNT IT TRADING TODAY!!!! SEEMS THE WHOLE MARKET IS HALTED!!!! I CAN ONLY TRADE CRYPTO RIGHT NOW!!!!
Holy moly what a day!!! +24%!!!
GO ONCX!!!
Won't start moving until the effing dilutors turn the effing faucet off. Who woulda thought that going current would actually be a bad thing here?
IMO
