Not sure why anyone is worried about a company potentially performing a reverse split for the purposes of making it to the Nasdaq? It's to make it to the freaking NASDAQ!!! It doesn't get much more bullish than that. Also, does anyone here ever see what happens to Nasdaq stocks after an RS? They tend to run big since the float has been so drastically reduced. Many Nasdaq day traders purposely play post RS companies because there's usually an opportunity to make some serious percent gains.

An RS is only negative in the OTC where share selling scams use it as a means to dilute your investment down to nothing. And it's used as a scare tactic by your fellow OTC investors.

An RS doesnt affect the amount you invested and it doesnt affect your ROI potential when it's for the purposes of uplisting to the Nasdaq.
