Next time try AON - All or nothing - as a qualifier on the trade. The market maker does not need to report any trade under 100 shares. But in any case, congratulations on your buy. It was a bargain.
well done at getting some cheapies. no shame in that. if you bought them at around 19 and the stock is at around 25 you have already made a gain.
go TEVE
I wish I knew what you meant. Or perhaps not. But in any case, I think you will agree things are heading in the right direction for shareholders: profit, increased Bid/Ask with a closing gap, fewer and fewer of the 55,000 shares available.
Go TEVE.
I'm back as a Mod on this board. Going to update the I Box right now and see if there is any other housekeeping. Meanwhile, I agree the price should not be driven up, to allow any fence-sitters to actually buy in before it's too late to catch it. Another profitable Quarter at TEVE and the train leaves the station.
In addition to everything else going on, I see E-Trade moved off the Ask, leaving NITE as the only "market maker" (make that THIEF) to offer shares in the 20s. Soon enough E-Trade will be completely out of this business of market making per the data I have and NITE will lose a valuable Partner in Crime.
I don't really think that point matters as I won't be selling any time soon and neither will anyone else. But you knew that.
Welcome back to the board. What was your point again? I was too busy looking at a 137% increase in the stock.
Hey welcome to our board. That's an impressive list of company boards you post on - says a lot about you. We're not overly concerned about the amount of profit. That they have turned a profit after a long time is what is impressive. And there were a certain class of investors that were waiting on "the bottom line" before sticking a toe in the pool. So really it's good news for everyone including yourself I am sure.
This stock is sure to tank and the company will follow shortly thereafter.
The shareholders conference was moved up a week. Hopefully as a shareholder you got the proxy statement and your invitation.
Hm I wonder who that person supposedly is, since I am pretty sure it was me and a couple of friends that bought the very few shares that traded at 49 cents pre-split. In any case, get him to email me and we'll see if I can get him to the shareholder conference to ease his concerns.
I look forward to our discussions on a daily basis. Doesn't change the facts. The company is doing what is has to do to turn a profit. I have confidence in my investment and will not be parting with any shares. But I appreciate your concern for me.
Do you claim to have inside information on a move to privatize? Or is that an assumption? Go TEVE.
Please join me in Philly next month. We'll have coffee and discuss these matters before attending the shareholder conference. Such good news is coming! Mr. Lenfest will be there and so will the other Board members, all of whom I met at the last conference. I'm sure your opinions will be of interest and they may be able to address some of your concerns, being that you are a shareholder, right?
I'm not particularly interested in new investors. Not objecting to them either. But we don't need them. There are over 200 shareholders of record and no one can remember the last time any one of them sold a single share. That's 200 people that believe in the company and what we have here, versus 2 message board posters = 100 to 1. We appreciate that you keep coming back here day after day to warn us about the terrible plight we are in. Thing is, I sleep well at night. I believe Gerry Lenfest does as well, owning as he does 91% stake in the company and having donated more millions to charity last year than most millionaires even have in the bank. And I am quite prepared to hold what I have, buy when I can and out wait anyone who thinks they have a hope of convincing anyone to sell even 1 share of this little gem. I dare say there would be no one posting on this board or even looking at it if there wasn't a huge potential here. But then you knew that.
You are entitled to your opinion. And factually that's what it is. An opinion. I was merely pointing out that certain opinions seem to indicate more than a casual interest. In the end, they are just opinions. And I trust the company's Board of Directors over a message board poster any day. I will attend the shareholder conference and sign the NDA and see the financials. And this will tell me what I need to know. Not an endless parade of naysaying.
The financials are being presented at the shareholder conference in June, which I will be attending. The proxy statement has been mailed out to actual shareholders, of which apparently you are not but somehow spend a lot of time here. To each his own. Thing is, I'm not at all worried about my investment no matter what is said here. Those of us that are in this stock know why we are here and there is little chance of opinion being swayed to the contrary.
Thank you for the clarification on this. You have proven that you are more than just an amateur investor or poster. Quite professional you seem to be. Post here any time.
I apologize. I assumed that because you post here so much you have a vested interest in the company. In any case, those of us that are shareholders will have access to the reports.
As a shareholder didn't you sign a waiver and read the financials?
I see a lot of press releases this year. And that's not silence. But then again you knew that.
Well let Jesse know your opinion on this. As you are a shareholder you will have to sign in order to see the financials.
Confidentiality agreements are signed all the time. Conspiracy theory does not work here.
Like the rest of us, you knew when you got in this wasn't just about the company. The company has been economizing and now has a series of technical releases that keep it on the forefront of technology. Let's face it, if this were only about the company no one would bother to post here. The fact that this board is so active should tell you something and I believe you know that. Be passionate, yes. But tread lightly as you are going against your own interests to badmouth what is happening here. Things are going in the right direction and we are witnessing the company finally entering the fray. Go TEVE.
Why would someone buy it to only sell immediately? Those that are here have been here and will be until the fat lady sings. And that singing will be at High C and will shatter the windows over at NITE.
Haha as if I was intrrested in a ten percent gain. Ridiculous. When this one takes off it will never be caught by those trying to chase it. And those that bet against the company will be close to ruined. Methinks if that were not the case, no one would care enough to even visit the board.
Shareholders such as yourself will have access to the financials, didnt you get the email from the company?
Two press releases in as many days. A lot of exposure for TEVE and a lot of potential hardware and software income. GO TEVE.
I see this POS is still trading sidewise. I wonder how they have kept that up this long. Should have gone sub penny by now.
Thanks for posting this. It just keeps getting better for TEVE.
We are not overly concerned. There is a trend of companies dropping expensive reporting requirements to focus on more important aspects of the business. We all got an email that we can view the financials if we want to. Since you are a shareholder you can view them as well.
Thanks for pointing out that TEVE is in a bull market and about to take off.
Any time now. It's only a matter of time before this one appears on institutional investors' radar and then off we go!
Go TEVE.
Tragic. The bid would have to be over quadruple digits to even merit a glance from me. Not selling at these levels.
You said it. Doubtlessly one of the reasons this board is popular with a certain class of posters is the threat such a company and it's investors pose to those that have bet against it. It's the old two sides to every trade proposition. My estimation: TEVE and it's investors WIN, and WIN BIG.
Emmett Hume, the CFO at TEVE, can tell you how much income this will bring in. You can email him at ehume@telvue.com. I am sure you want to know so badly you will email him. Meanwhile more joint ventures coming and no one is selling so gee I wonder what that means.
I am saying this board is about the company and not individual posters. Here is your link:

The future is bright for TEVE.
Still we are talking about the company on this board and not any one individual shareholder's choice of words. TEVE is amassing it's joint ventures and soon enough those who have invested will reap the rewards.
No one here is going to sell their shares. So I say that what actually happens is that I will get paid well for my shares. When it happens I don't know or care. I am pretty sure I can outlast anyone who is betting against the company, I'm still pretty young.
This board is about TEVE not individual shareholders. No one that actually owns TEVE shares needs charity. If this wasn't going to pay off big no one would come to this board at all to post anything.
