You are a portion of that overhead resistance I was speaking about yesterday.
There are a number of mmuh bagholders who bought on the last pps spike. I bought first over .02, then again at .0125, again in the .08's. I've got a tidy sum invested in mmuh. Everyone has to do their own DD. I will sell a little when we pass the .05's.
If someone can tell me another pinksheet stock with the kind of revenue and net income MMUH just turned in, let me know.
We are waiting on volume. With as many shorts as we've had since the news, they will clearly be trying to hold it down.
Thanks Adonis74
Morning EIGH'rs!
Morning Den!
Morning MMUH'rs!

I don't believe it is dilution, no. I have seen these kind of t trades on mm shorted stocks.

(b) We ended 2009 with 2.4mm rev per month. Allowing for some breakage in the run rate, I have used a baseline monthly revenue of 1.5mm starting in January 2010, and assumed monthly sequential rev growth of 10%.
(c) I averaged the net income rate in 2009 and used straightline 19.8% net income to revenue for this 2010 model.
(d) Total 2010 revenue per the math in (b).
(e) Total 2010 net income per the math in (c).
(f) 6.34mm (e) divided by 220mm float shares (a)
(g) I believe the ratio of 3.5x is conservative.
(h) $.065 EPS (f) multiplied by 3.5x (g).
I have to agree with Adonis. Today was a day for the stock flippers. Everyone needs to set their own sells, I plan on selling a little north of the .05 mark.
All good sir.
I sort of suspected it :)
Agreed sir, although I am not a holdout for audited financials.. well, unless the auditing firm happens to be buying e-cigarettes.
I understand that sir. It is my experience that companies like MMUH focus their efforts on revenues and earnings, and simply choose not to apply their earnings to big-board style communication. This is, after all why they are listed as a pink. All things in time, and we must all follow our own DD and gut, at the end of the day.
Adonis74, My PPS target assumes no US domestic sales in 2010, because I have already factored the model's revenues down by 14%.
I used 14% as a high-side number based on MMUH's December 28 2009 press release, as follows:
"The Company and its associates bring a wide talent pool to the table with skill sets we believe will immediately enhance marketing and accelerate our clients into mass distribution here in the United States but more importantly Internationally. We anticipate gross revenues from domestic sales to be in the region of 12-14% of our total gross revenue for fiscal 2010. We fully anticipate 2010 to be a bumper year."

In my opinion, companies experiencing a 10x rampup in sales over six short months with products that are 50% COGS require cash to grow.
We have some overhead supply to contend with in the near term, but I don't know how you argue with these numbers. Best I've seen.
You may be correct
MMUH- Folks always need to follow their own DD. The recent OS expansion created a bit of overhead supply that needs to be shaken off, no problem. For my money, this is a fundamentals play. High demand product, exponential revenue growth, exponential net income growth. I'm a show-me person.
The raw data are posted at www.pinksheets.com under 'filings'. The condensed data is posted as the top sticky on the MMUH board. Cheers.
MMUH is exploiting the economies of private labeling for retail third parties as opposed to attempting to retail it themselves.
While some have complained about the FDA, the TZUFUMA website, and other perceived obstacles to effective retail in the US, MMUH has quietly posted parabolic revenues and net incomes.
Weak on the fluff, strong on the results. Some folks like it this way.
Word is getting out.
Good morning MMUH'rs- Seabiscuit has been kind enough to sticky post the condensed financials at the top of the board. While the product is smokeless, the results are clearly ON FIRE. I'm highly interested in the TZUFUMA product and looking forward to seeing what we can get done here in the way of PPS in the coming weeks. Wishing you all a green day.
Nice post Hawks.
Morning Denizens of the Green!
Good morning EIGH'rs!
Nice post. I concur.
