I'm gone. Like a steam locomotive rolling down the track, I'm gone, gone, and nothing's going to bring me back. I'm gone. 06/29/2023

No one is shorting an 11¢ stock. The cost is prohibitive.
Look, I think Trump was a clown. And a dangerous one at that.
I think Biden is incompetent although he means well.
And I could make similar comments about all Presidents throughout my life.
Politicians are in it for themselves, not the citizens who elect them. But they are really good at getting us fighting amongst ourselves so we don't pay attention to what they are really doing.
And I'm sure they had to search under the White House furniture cushions to come up with that 131,000 adjustment.
Have you looked around at all the "Help Wanted" posters, many stating "All Positions".
People don't want to work. And, apparently, they don't need to.
Hell, that's still 1/2 of what was expected.
Expected 500,000 jobs.
Got less than 200,000.
That deserves a participation trophy!
I think emojis are a lazy way to express oneself instead of developing the skills to textually communicate in a compelling way.
re: spaghettini
I absolutely agree.
I have used Barilla (still do). It is one of the brands I have tried that have a good flavor and consistency. I have not tried De Cecco but I will now. Thanks!
re: "The Italian rule is to stop cooking it as soon as "the bone is broken"; that is, when there's no longer a slight crunch of uncooked pasta when you bite into it."
Indeed! "To the tooth"!

All this talk elsewhere about spaghetti. I cannot believe anyone would break the pasta before cooking or try to use a tiny pot. Microwave spaghetti? Forget about it!
But there are two topics I don't see in all this discussion. First is how to cook the spaghetti. Al dente. If I see Americans making the same mistake often, it is overcooking pasta.
Second is the quality of the pasta. I don't take the time and effort to make my own but the best I have found is just "OK". I'd love to find some really great spaghetti.
If a penny stock is crap, there will be bears.
But the bears are seldom, if ever, short the stock. The costs and risks of shorting a penny stock are prohibitive even if a broker could be found to take such a short order.
A good article which supports my contention that there are ZERO odds that Lightwave is "a key component of that "heterogeneous integration" in the Ponte Vecchio Processor device itself". Or any other photonic implementation. Not in interconnects between devices, much less within a device itself.
QED
Care to elaborate?
And: what are the odds, we're a key component of that "heterogeneous integration" in the Ponte Vecchio Processor?

A good song to listen to when you need to get yourself back to the garden. Taj Mahal's "Take a Giant Step". Carole King had a hand in writing this one.

Re: Billy the Mountain
Edit: That should be "Studebaker Hoch (with flies in his boxers)".
An early kick-off to music therapy weekend. I'm posting this early because it is a long (really long) song and you may need to find time to listen to it.
This is "Billy the Mountain" by Frank Zappa and The Mothers. It took up an entire side of the 1972 album "Just Another Band from L.A" and runs almost 24 minutes. It had to be edited from over a half hour to fit on an album side. But here's the mind blowing fact: It was recorded LIVE. With all the difficult scoring this is amazing. I don't know how Zappa wrote down the score. Maybe he didn't?? Flo and Eddie are predominately featured. The song changed a bit in each town it was played live. This one is from Pauley Pavilion, UCLA Los Angeles, 1971.
It is the story of Billy the Mountain (a real mountain) and his "lovely wife Ethel", who is a tree growing off of his shoulder. Also featured is Studebaker Hawk (with flies in his boxers).
This is a bizarre, funny and surreal song. It is Pure Zappa. Frank didn't do drugs. He hated them. He got this way naturally. Unbelievable!
But you got to listen and follow the story, else you will miss the whole deal!
Lincoln Park agreed that during the term of the Purchase Agreement, it, its agents, representatives or affiliates will not enter into or effect, directly or indirectly, any of the foregoing transactions.
Fu¢k!ng Catholics. They have done this for generations (many). It's like a graduate school for pedophiles.
Yet people are still drawn there to praise god.
Sorry, but this is toxic. Lincoln is allowed to continue purchasing shares of LWLG out in time at a price tied to market price at the time of purchase.
These loans are "death spiral loans" that are structured by investors to profit by driving down a company's stock through short sales.
A favorite vehicle used by OTC pink sheet "investors".
There are many good ways for a company to raise money for whatever reasons but this retired, experienced Intel employee knows toxic financing is not one of them. It is called toxic for a reason.
Well, it has been announced that Dr. Francis Collins, Director of NIH, will resign before the end of this year. Before he can be indicted for back door funding gain-of-function work at the Wuhan Nasty Bug Weapons Lab from whence came SARS-CoV-2 and over 4.8 Million deaths worldwide.
When will Fauci bow out?

A toxic financing deal, favorite of OTC outfits. I thought LWLG traded on the NASDAQ.
This will turn into a typical Xu scam.
The only question left for me is, "Were Xu & Jensen working together?"
I think this is a good possibility.
POOF®!
I do not know what exactly GF would do in your hypothetical scenario.
Nor does anyone else.
Koog: if a large foundry, like GF, announces they are spinning a layer of polymer on their CMOS, would you "come around"?
The material is called silicon, not silicone.
Silicon is an anorganic (sic) material, you need to dig it up and process it. Polymer is organic , you grow it in the lab.
this thing is lucky to break 200K a day, hardly dilutionary.
While this sounds good. Its just an LOI. Which is used a lot by pump and dump company.

In 1970, I enrolled in the Corps of Cadets at Virginia Tech. My intent was that, if I needed to go in the service, I was going to go in as an officer and do my best to avoid Vietnam. I was on Regimental Staff my senior year and completed my commitment as an ICBM launch officer in SAC. We dealt with situations such as yours without making a Broadway production out of it.
If a company suddenly starts generating revenue when it hasn't in the past, it should file a Form 8-K in short order to satisfy Reg. FD, not wait on a quarterly report. It would be considered a material corporate event.
They are on NASDAQ now. They cannot get by with stuff that is SOP on the OTC.
tinker's dam[sic]
Thank you for making your position vividly clear.
You DO advocate forcing individuals to inject substances into their bodies, even against their will.
You do not give a tinker's dam about an individual rights as long as it is for what, in your opinion, is the "greater good".
The end justifies the means, in your opinion.
As for me, I swear by my life and my love of it that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.
Enough of this. This is not the board for such a discussion. Take it to a board where it is proper.
