Sorry, but this is toxic. Lincoln is allowed to continue purchasing shares of LWLG out in time at a price tied to market price at the time of purchase.

These loans are "death spiral loans" that are structured by investors to profit by driving down a company's stock through short sales.

A favorite vehicle used by OTC pink sheet "investors".
