It is worse than that. The supposed Chinese car company was created by Xu out of thin air. It is nothing more than a bogus web site also created by Xu out of thin air.

Xu swindled Jensen out of his shell, taking advantage of his drug addled state. Jensen was left with some shares and $25K. Jensen no longer controls the shell. Xu filed a Form 15 right away allowing him to freely dilute the hell out of the equity while pumping the swamp gas of a nonexistent Chinese car company.
