Ignoring for a moment that you took my words out of context, regarding your excessive and pointless words/quotes that where totally irrelevant as they did not show that Eontec’s IP (and as such LQMT’s use of that IP) was restricted from CE, and where incorrectly interpreted, let me explain/fix my comment for you, in red.
One last time, Apple has imposed NO restrictions on Eontec’s IP, so anyone can sell them, including LQMT/Li, in ANY field such as CE.
LQMT/Li can offer Eontec’s Cheaper BMG and Process to its customers so long as the BMG/process is not CIP based.
And you can be 100% certain that Li will try very hard to tap into LQMT customers and offer his Eontec BMG as a solution.
Origins of the LQMT Foreign Shipping vs Local Freighting pissing match.
Never start something you can't finish.

One last post, just to put the final nail in the coffin of this topic, Foxconn is building factories in U.S.
So it seems they must believe its cheaper to build large products in U.S. than to ship from China.
Now people will understand why Li is building LQMT manufacturing facilities in U.S.
Thats all folks.
You have to be brave to sell 3 weeks before Q3 results.
Can’t convince anyone that a container being Trucked then freighted then going through Port, then shipping and doing it all again on the other side is cheaper than tucked and freighted.
Adding Ports and shippings costs is way more expensive and time consuming.
Its not just about distance, While HK-CA is closer its NOT faster, it takes so much more travel time on a slow moving container ship.
Shipping/port/customs/duties/clearance = SLOW = More Costs.
Also why do you only compare HK-CA to CA-LA, don’t you believe that parts would also be needed on the East Coast?
Any central U.S. location is cheaper and way way faster than ex-HK.
That should put this matter to rest. If not then consider why Li bought a manufacturing Facility that can hold a minimum of 27 machines ?
Hopefully all those 100's of RFQ/RFP have been revisited/assessed with Li's cheaper BMG and Eontec's Manufacturing capacity. No need for potential customers to front up the cost of BMG machinery anymore.
For now Lake forest is a prototyping and small scale manufacturing Facility but most importantly it serves as a shopfront, display centre, outsourcing for Eontec’s China based mass manufacturing capacity to U.S. customers
LQMT will get payment for any orders processed through Lake Forest or sold in its territorial markets. So revenues will come Faster and be larger than just considering what Lake Forest can output. Ultimately Li will grow U.S based manufacturing and not just by expanding Lake Forest but by purchasing bigger facilities once LF is at capacity or as needed depending on contract/customer location. Eontec will handle any large orders for now until Li can 'transfer to the domestic'.
With all that said we still need Li to talk about a Contract or an Order otherwise its down again for the next 3 weeks until the Q3 results are out.
If anyone going to the Open House can take a picture of the Displayed products and post here, would be much appreciated.
Yes absolutely Li will run as much as he can through LQMT.
Li has 415m indirect LQMT shares and options held on behalf of Eontec shareholders, and he personally holds 1,360,150 direct shares.
When LQMT becomes profitable so will his Eontec shareholders, Thats the motivation part.
The legal part is the cross license deal that gives LQMT territorial rights to Eontec IP.
So Li has no choice but to run Eontec’s Mg/Al/BMG through LQMT.
Another thing to consider, LQMT share price will explode when Li runs Mg/Al/BMG through LiquidMetal instead of Eontec. His returns will be exponential greater through LQMT compared to Eontec.
With Li holding 46% of LQMT’s outstanding shares, he and Eontec shareholders will reap near half of all LQMT’s success.
Are you saying that its cheaper to ship parts from HK to NY than from LA ?
Are you aware that a central location would ship parts cheaper to LA & NY than from HK ?
Are you aware that Eontec manufactures in China, not HK ?
So you shipping claims are invalid, Don't you think ?
As several of my lecturers would say, “if you can’t explain a concept as simply as possible then you don’t understand it at all.”
Adding Words/quotes to make your case just shows you have no case.
And anyways, i thought you finally agreed that Eontec has no restrictions on its IP/BMG ??
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=135353414
Reminds me of another who does the same when Trying to make a point about LQMT .....
I still don't see any restrictions imposed on Eontec IP/BMG etc.
How can you conclude Eontec is restricted from Using its own BMG/IP in CE ??
If you can’t figure out where the 100’s of million sim ejector tools came from then how can you figure out where any other BMG part comes from, especially when, unlike the time tool, those other BMG parts are made by multiple manufactures and for different specific models, so they don’t have the lifespan of the sim tool.
So NO the BMG parts are NOT the same for a Billion Phones lolz, but the sim tool IS the same and yet no-one can figure out which company makes them.
Do you get it now?
And no not just the iPhone 3, the sim tool has been BMG over several models, not unless you have evidence of the micro structure to prove otherwise.
This is not about showing the US company or poor management since Steipp was CEO during the Engel/Materion/LQMT Symposium in Stuttgart.
and Li is successful cause he does not wast time and money sending LQMT personal to China for no reason.
All iDevices have BMG components inside them. The parts are small and would barely register on the balance sheets, so no idea who is making those tiny bmg parts, no idea what formula they use, no doubt each part would be of a different formula depending on the needs of that part.
Taptic/Haptic springs, Dome switches for the home and keyboard buttons, speaker/microphone grills, camera suspension wires (see profile pic), tiny flexible 'Y' shaped alloys used for water proofing the inside of the watch from the crown button, clasp parts in the stainless steel watch band. etc
Then there are the restricted crystallisation alloy that are used for cases.
Have we ever found out who made the 100's of millions sim ejector tools ?
Cause i have not seen the revenue results that the sim tool registered with its company.
Get my point?
So you think LQMT personal will conduct future Symposiums in China, and Eontec's territorial markets, all by themselves?
It looks like the professor has Yuge plans for LQMT.
Finally you understand. Yes Eontec can use its own IP/BMG etc in CE.
Actually, any company, except LQMT, can use their own BMG formulation and Patents in CE.
Then there is the other question of 'what is a Consumer electronic and what is a Consumer Product'
The consumer products market is twice the size of the consumer electronic market.
We can learn allot from the Liquidmetal alloy parts that will be displayed at the Open House.
For now Lake Forest is a Shopfront or display centre for the mass manufacturing capability of its sister company Eontec.
"transfer to the domestic"
And for the millionth time, i see no restriction imposed on Eontec’s use of Eontec’s IP etc.
And i prefer to believe the man who made the cross license deal, professor Li, than believe your interpretation of them.
Li took LQMT personal to the China symposium, don't need any translator to figure out what that means.
Still believe Eontec and LQMT are excluded from the field of CE?
You should see Josh's post on who the attendees where, the who's who of CE manufactures.
3 weeks after the Open House Q3 results come out.
You have to have brass coconuts to trade this stock.
For the millionth time, the CE restrictions are only imposed on some CIP patents.
Nowhere in the Cross license agreement are restriction placed on Eontec's Patents, BMG/Magnesium/Aluminium/MIM or on any Eontec Machines.
As an example, did you forget that Li has been promoting the use of BMG in USB-C ports/connectors and Phone backplates/midframes, hinges etc at his Symposium, where Foxconn was present.
I very much doubt Li would accept a buyout, He is not going to throw away all those NPO’s and JV’s in China for a quick/small profit. Li plans to build a huge BMG empire and LQMT is key to his plans.
Li’s aiming to get LQMT listed on the Major Boards.
A huge missing piece of the puzzle was a manufacture to supply BMG parts, No company is going to adopt a new unproven technology and spend millions buying BMG machines.
Eontec and Lake Forest are that missing piece, customers can now ’trial’ BMG parts without the huge outlay then decide latter if they will incorporate new BMG machines into their production lines.
Have to consider the context of Hauck's 'unbeatable economics' claim.
I hope we see more posts, Maybe the next PR from China will be leaked by her again.

Agree 100% with you, Longs will stay long no matter what (i would like some extra time to keep accumulating), some will take a little profit off the table, if volume/price shoot up then some know of a contract.
LQMT is going to be a success, the Open House is one step in that direction.
Not unless there is another Weekend Press Release from China that preempts any LQMT SEC filling.
LQMT shareholders new nothing about the merger but Chinese investors did. That Press release from China gave out insider information to a select few who made a huge profit, But the SEC did NOTHING about it.
It happened before, it can happen again. Anytime.
When Li uses LQMT's Name and IP with his joint ventures in China, expect Royalties to start flowing into Lake Forest.
So you are disagreeing with the Professor?. I’ll trust Li’s claims over yours.
This ain’t no irrational outrages claims of a Weekend China Scam by the uninformed.
This is a claim by the Professor himself, the real deal.
So double the chances of a contract. Add MIM and you have triple the chances of a contract. And don't forget Aluminium. Heres a refresher from Li.
We wont get any guidance until Q2 CC in November.
Maybe, but then we have to wonder why Li paid cash for a large facility that can fit min 27 machines, Installed 2 Eontec Units instead of 1, the inventory purchase, all those Joint Ventures and Symposium Li has been doing in China.
Must be for a reason. We will all know soon enough.
Either way the good thing about this LQMT bet is that its always in play, you only lose if you sell.
