Still believe Eontec and LQMT are excluded from the field of CE?

No, that is not what I believe. I believe that the cross licensing agreement excluded the field of consumer electronics. Consequently, Eontec cannot use the licensed technology from LQMT in the field of consumer electronics, and LQMT cannot use the licensed technology from Eontec in the field of consumer electronics.

HOWEVER, to the best of my knowledge, Eontec may use its technology the field of consumer electronics. (I qualify the statement with "to the best of my knowledge" because I don't know what Eontec may or may not have assigned to other companies.) And, as we all know, LQMT CANNOT use CIP technology in the field of consumer electronics, because said technology was exclusively licensed to Apple in that field.
