Not unless there is another Weekend Press Release from China that preempts any LQMT SEC filling.
LQMT shareholders new nothing about the merger but Chinese investors did. That Press release from China gave out insider information to a select few who made a huge profit, But the SEC did NOTHING about it.
It happened before, it can happen again. Anytime.
