Sir, I ask you respectfully, I sometimes have trouble understanding your tone/intent. As a new investor, are you suggesting that I'm foolish or naive to invest in this company? That you believe there is no point in investing because it's a hoax/fraud/criminal enterprise? Or because you think (as you point out on a regular basis) that the management is so stupid/corrupt/incompetent that there's no point in investing? I ask because I'm tired of trying to figure out what you intend when you post information in the way you did in this message.

When you ask questions in such a derogatory way, I always come away with the impression that you would be quite happy to see this company fail just to be proven correct in your assumption (however founded in past events) of its vast and endless incompetence.

I ask these questions now not to be rude, or confrontational, as I am really not interested in picking a fight. Rather, I am a new investor. And I believe the technology in Liquidmetal is worth the investment. I don't have a history with the company. But I do know how to read, and I am constantly reading how much you hate this company.

I don't know much about BMG, but I'm trying to learn. That said, I do know quite a bit about social media and social messaging. While I wouldn't go so far as to say that this message board moves the market (it likely does not), but it certainly can and does make an impression on new investors looking to check out this company. If I had read this board before I invested and seen the way you and some of our colleagues on this board constantly excoriate the management of LQMT, repeatedly and viciously, I would NEVER have invested in this company. You would have chased me away. All I read is how stupid the management is. Not a great advertisement for this company. Is that the point? That you want to chase away new investors? Or make people feel stupid for investing here? I am genuinely asking because I really don't see any other point.

If the point is to send a message to management, I think a better tack is to send them a letter, on letterhead, making suggestions in good faith about how to improve. Or better yet, send a letter to Apple or Materion or Engel, and tell THEM how stupid the management is. Perhaps that's the point you want to make? In any case, however good it might feel to bash Steipp on this board, ultimately it isn't all that great for this company. That is just plain obvious.
