Ah, that's interesting! Honestly, I don't see any inconsistency in that old post and my current one. I thought your conversation with Gamesec was helpful. I thought some of your older posts were not. I was responding with frustration to your old post because, as a new investor who was/is attracted to the promise of this technology, I found some of your older posts negative and cryptic. I could see that you were suspicious and distrustful of the company, but I couldn't figure out what exactly you were saying. I have always recognized that you were/are a very smart, well-educated, and knowledgable poster who has a history with the company. But I found your post (the one I referenced in particular) to be so cryptic that all I understood was that you found new investors to be stupid and naive. Well, I am a new investor, and frankly I was insulted.

This company is tricky to figure out--the technology holds great promise but the company has clearly been mismanaged. I get it. That's not actually all that rare with a new technology that takes a couple decades to develop (Peker has been frank about that), and when brilliant research scientsts try and run a company (i.e., they often fail--the skill sets are not transferable). So--I read some articles about how Apple saved this struggling company, the deal with Apple allowed LQMT to wipe out some debt, restructure, and bring in smart business people, but at a literal and figurative cost (in my experience, great business people are often greedy narcissists). Steipp may fall into that category, which is a bummer but doesn't mean the company will fail.

All that is to say, this company could bear fruit or it could fail. But it seems it could go either way. I would like to see it succeed so I make some money. I read this board to educate myself and learn about the technology and the company. To bring this back around to my posts to you, both of them, I appreciate being able to learn from your experience, technical expertise, and knowledge of both LQMT and the business. But I resent it when I have to puzzle through cryptically negative posts--often that don't contain any solid information, only angry rants--that ultimately make me feel foolish for investing in this company. But lately I think your posts have been very helpful. I wanted to acknowledge that because when you are helpful, you are really really helpful. I wanted to thank you for that. I'm just one person, obviously, but whatever I can do to give the thumbs up to people using their intellect for positive ends, as opposed to negative ones, I'm going to do it. Thanks for reading.
