Thats a very impressive subsidiary Li has, thanks for the weblink, The “Product Display’ tab shows lots of amazing tech, manufacturing processes I’ve never heard of before. LQMT struck gold when Li come aboard.
I hear what your saying it sucks watching your investment tumble when just 1 contract announcement would boost the share price, but consider this, if the price was at 0.60 would you sell ?
I wont sell until LQMT is listed on the Major board so whether LQMT is .30 or .60 it makes no difference other than i can pick up Twice as much shares.
Maybe Li is giving us long suffering iHop investors a chance to load up.
Right now the low share price is a gift to longs.
I think $1.5 million is more than enough money for the 2 new Engel medical machines reported by many who attended the OH and the 2 LK die-casting machines and several LK add-on machinery that was leaked by Inactive Member and further clarified by Josh.
Professor Li is ramping up LF.
Machinery and equipment 4,907k less 2,725k as of end 12/31/16 less 702k paid for 2 EON machines as of end 9/30/2017 Leaves 1,480k.
So what was $1,480,000 spent on?
MIM machines won’t account for much of that figure.
Great information Josh, insightful, thanks for posting FACTS.
Last few days shows its impossible to trade LQMT without causing a major impact on the price, Up or Down. Only the smallest percent of the volume can be Sold/Bought at the high/low levels, the rest is lost in the middle with little or no reward but risk of not buying back your original holdings (for major Holders, not talking about a few 10’s thousands)
While LQMT may have pushed past 40cents in Sept/Oct, most of todays trades where made between .23-.29, So with LQMT closing .27 the majority of sellers sold under current value.
If in 2 days, 20+ million shares (4% of Float) trying to cash out causes such a large drop, then imagine the price spike when that money tries to buy back more that 20+ million shares due to the lower price.
Trading a penny stock is near impossible to get right. Its much easier to just Buy n Hold with your eyes fixed on the final goal, Nasdaq. The ups and downs along the way are just that. For now the lower price is a Gift to True Longs, Keep shovelling those pennies, and DO NOT have any Stop Orders in place !!
Lots of stamped, hot formed BMG components can be surmised but not proven.

Li also had to remove 2 press releases from the Eontec website, regarding acquiring a stake in LQMT, due to its Apple references.
Spot on, Last year my brokerage stopped accepting online orders of otc stocks, now i always have to call to place an otc order and before they accept my order they read a long disclaimer about otc markets and wild price variations in executing sale/buy orders if those orders are placed ‘at market’ and/or if any ’stop order’ is attached to any otc holdings. Stop orders (buy/sell) are executed ‘at market’ when triggered.
No matter how many times i call and tell them i’m aware of the risks involved they wont take my order until they read the lengthy disclaimer and record my verbal acceptance of the risks. Its a pain cause it takes upto 20 minutes from start to finish, but I found a work around, i place 2-3 orders at way below market value then adjust them accordingly online. I can adjust all variables of the order online. The only problem is i no longer use the ‘fill or kill’ option so it does take longer for MM’s to select my order. Bastards !
Anyways its possible to look at this manipulation as MM’s trying to accumulate more without spiking the price. Thats a good thing for true longs, those that have no stop orders.
6 extra pages in the new PDF.
43 suppliers listed from Dongguan. Now how to work out which of them are linked to Li.
You don’t need much material to make those thin “suspension springs/wires” used for Image stabilisation, Those springs also need to be non-magnetic since the camera modules are stabilised using magnets.
Hundreds of fine adjustments per second needed, i wonder what type of flexible material can endure the millions of cycles over the devices lifetime.
Just 1 small example of BMG use in iDevices.
Very sorry to hear that Gorgol but happy you are able to be back at home getting better, you are a bright ray of sunshine on this often gloomy board.
Rest up and get well soon, it wont be long before you will have to wonder how to spend your new wealth, you have a prosperous future to look forward too.
Wishing you a speedy recovery and good health to enjoy that wealth.
Your right it never hurts to have as much information as possible, thanks for keeping this board updated on the Bond trades. Its always good to know what might be affecting the stock at any given time.
I wonder if its not only his followers that sell when he gives the sell alert, but also short traders who would take advantage of the selling momentum and short LQMT, you never know.

How has telling people not to buy LQMT helped?
All it did was stop honest people from buying LQMT when it was so much cheaper these past 3 years !
If you recall Some people where burned several times trying to trade this company during the assumed ’wash, rinse, repeat’ cycle, the supposed Chinese Scam, reverse split, bankruptcy, golden parachutes etc, as such they have missed the train holding about half their original shares.
as such…
The caveat emptor only served to dissuade potential investors from buying LQMT for the last 3 years when it was so much cheaper than it is right now, Scaring off investors kept demand low on the stock allowing more time for those that missed the train to take advantage of the low prices.
So I can’t see how caveat emptor has helped anyone but the perpetraitors.
Honest people where fooled/scarred from buying cheap LQMT shares the last 3 years !
Scams are everywhere, Look at how jim cramer does his scams while he scoops up cheap shares or offloads overpriced shares, ain’t no difference here other than penny stocks are much easier to manipulate.
I don't disagree with you, i'm just saying that a PR about contracts, (contracts that do not yet show up in the next Q3 revenue) would be seen by new investors/institutions as a pump.
If Li does a PR about contracts now then many would expect the revenue from those contracts to show up in the next quarterly report, but if the revenue does not show in Q3 results then it would be seen as a pump.
Attendees at the Open House reported that LQMT has been producing and shipping the last 2 weeks, so those results are after after Q3, and new machines for medical contracts are yet to arrive, therefore again no revenue yet from contracts.
I believe we will get news of contracts after the Q3 results have been published.
I disagree, he does have contracts and more machines are coming to satisfy those contracts, the problem is those contracts do not show up in the Q3 results, as such he can not PR them. If he PR's them now he would be misleading Q3 expectations/results. But they will be PR'd after Q3 has been released.
IMHO.
He is not going to pump the stock before the revenues show, that would be a disaster for the stock and his credibility. Take this time as an opportunity to load up LQMT on these low prices.
Interesting, yeah it would have affected the image/capabilities/potential Li was presenting to attendees, or his already fired.
Steipp didn’t have the money, connections or knowhow to make LQMT a manufacture, he tried with the Hybrid but that had issues with manufacturing and Miltner, but Steipp did have the wisdom to work with Li to make it happen.
I sometimes wonder what would have happened in 2014 if it was revealed that Apple is using LQMT in its watch, i’m sure i would have cashed out for a small quick profit, thats how i was trading back then. But now i have far far more shares and i will not sell because i realise there is so much more potential with LMQT.
So i am thankful that it has taken this long so i can realise LQMT’s potential and very lucky Professor Li invested in LQMT to fast track its success.
Can’t believe how lucky i got with this stock, i feel like its aapl all over again. I look forward to the day when those around me react the same way to LQMT products as thy do with Apple products, and again can say i was the first investor when they where all ridiculers. Can you believe they used to laugh at me for using and investing in aapl ! How things change.
Good times ahead, no stopping it now.
No doubt about it LQMT has contracts, even better is news that its already producing, shipping and more machines coming.
So much for the claims that Lake Forest wont be up and running come Open House and that its a Showroom filled with minimal machines just to display different manufacturing capabilities.
Going to celebrate this weekend, i’ve been dry for 6 months!!
Agree with you that overall LQMT needs to be much better at PR’s and getting news out to Analysts and Potential investors, many of which still don’t know that LQMT has transformed into an in-house Manufacturer, has Massive outsourcing capabilities and is flushed with cash.
I think whats stopping any PR’s is the Q3 report thats just a few weeks away. Any PR’s now about contracts or production may not be reflected in the Q3 results. So Li could run the risk of hyping up the stock only to watch it crash when the results are released, creating a lot of angry new investors, credibility damaged. There is also the possibility of blackout period for PR’s so close to reporting results.
My personal thoughts are that Li will release multiple PR’s after Q3 results have been made public, or at the very least give positive forward guidance.
As Inactive Member has revealed, the latest we can expect Q3 results is Thursday 11 November.
Not long to wait now.
Yeah sure thats true there are some investors who will wait for that and they will be paying over $1 by then, while other investors will be encouraged with the progress Li has made so far.
Why no PR's, Worst case scenario is that Lake Forest has only been producing and shipping for 2 weeks (according to reports from the Open House) so thats not in Q3, so contracts wont be announced if they are not reflected in Q3 results.
We all find out soon.
The great news coming from the Open House is bad news to those that sold LQMT last year and have still not been able to buy back under their exit price.
Caveat Venditor.
I hope so too, for sure they will only be strong when compared to previous quarters, but depending on how great the improvement is, or the % increase, it will lead to more investors jumping in on the stock.
We all find out in about 3 weeks time.
Next is Q3, strong revenue results will push up the price and give confidence for those watching on the sidelines to finally buy LQMT, there is no looking back now.
Absolutely, Li’s low cost alloy that works with Engel machines was definitely a motivator for Materion.
Competition is good.
Did any attendees find out about those two L.K machines headed to Mexico?
Are they for Tesla?
Are they for Mg or Al or BMG?
Will LQMT get payments for the raw material?
Did anyone see those additional "Two sets of Die Casting Machines 1,784kg" from L.K. shipped to LQMT on 2017-08-13?
Thanks Axiom for the detailed informative inspiring report. So much fantastic news, all of it was good news. I think i'm going to have a pre-celebration this weekend.
Thanks again for taking the time and effort. Much appreciated.
I think todays action is positive, we are green on low volume and no sell-off after the Open House. Its easier now to be patent knowing Lake Forest is producing, shipping, has need of more machines, all its old partners are still active and has new partners. Now more than ever i am happy to keep accumulating LQMT. From my perspective the longer it takes to get past $1 the better for me. Selfish right?
