This company has debt.
This company has debt.
This company has debt.
And in case it wasn't clear this company has debt.
We don't happen to care too much about that over here.
Those that have done their due diligence on TelVue know that it is a winner.
Lenfest sold his first company to Comcast for 6.7 billion dollars. He knows how to build a company.
We have no doubts over here.
Correct. So explain why it showed up again today. Today's volume was 2,206. The 206 is the same 206 from yesterday.
Looking across the broad spectrum of companies on the OTC, a great deal of them are fairly new, small and fledgling.
Not TelVue.
This company has been in the making for well over a decade.
It has a qualified exec structure. Not one guy at a desk with a phone.
It has a real Board of Directors, of which the Chairman is a billionaire:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H.F._Lenfest
It has a headquarters - fairly swanky quarters in New Jersey.
It has a network of 1000 PEG TV stations.
It has timely and accurate financials and 2 Quarters of improvement with a 3rd coming soon.
It has 5 significant press releases this year showing they are building relationships and have plans for the future.
Why people are buying other stocks and not this one is a mystery best understood by God or the wind devils.
Nobody is going to do a T-Trade for 206 shares at 7 cents. That's about what - $15.00 or something? And then this trade somehow moved onto today's volume.
TEVE up 242% today.

Even I-Hub showed that yesterday's trade of 206 shares or whatever occurred at 4:19pm last night.

Five press releases this quarter and a lot happening.

9. The Morning Patience Axiom
The first hour of the market is "amateur hour." With most first-hours on hot issues, it'll either be extreme bid whackage which will cause some panic selling which will create some excellent buying opportunities later in the morning OR it will be extreme ask slappage which will lead to a pullback around lunchtime. I hardly ever buy during the first hour of the trading day, and I'd venture to say 80-90% of the time that decision has paid off. I'd rather watch a few missed opportunities than be stuck in a bunch of "apparent" ones.
With good reason.
Has anyone noticed ANY improvement in OTC trading with these rules from back in February in force?
FINRA's new rule 4320 goes into effect 2/28/11.
There’s 3 new laws gaining attention in the NSS market reform arena: FINRA 4320 goes into effect on 2/28/11. It mandates 13 day buy-ins for open delivery failures FINALLY applying to shares of non-reporting corporations. FINRA 2010-043, also starting on 2/28/11 reinstates the “short sale exempt” (SSE) marking requirements for trade reporting and the OATS system. Those MMs accessing the bona fide MM exemption from executing pre-borrows or “locates” before admittedly naked short sales must now FORMALLY acknowledge the accessing of that universally-abused exemption. Being that these trades are theoretically being made to “inject liquidity” then the excuse to hide the related trade data from the public’s eyes goes out the window. You can’t have it both ways and claim the bona fide MM exemption and later claim that the related trade data needs to be kept secret because it might reveal a “proprietary trading strategy”.
Truly bona fide MMs that are able to legally access that universally-abused exemption cover their naked short position on the next downtick after their short sale when buy side liquidity is in need of being ejected as share prices fall. The 3rd new rule which is in effect now states that the offers and bids that MMs post must be of approximately the same size. No longer can the offers be of 1 million shares and the offsetting bid good for the minimum 5,000 shares.
The verbiage in 4320 is especially well done as it FINALLY puts the clearing firms that aid and abet this crime wave on the spot. With the FFETF, which is made up of 25 different agencies, now on the scene the transparency has increased markedly. You can imagine how critical the lack of transparency is to a crime involving selling nonexistent securities and then refusing to ever deliver that which you sold AFTER being allowed access to the funds of the investor being defrauded.

Old data here but applicable given the huge short volume on this stock recently.

NITE is so cheap 7 cents isn't low enough for him anyways. A cheaper bastard does not exist on the face of the earth than the jackhole on the OTC desk at NITE.
Unfortunately you cannot tell me that there is no shorting or games from NITE going on here. The first time I tried to buy TEVE shares I put an order for shares at 12 cents and was sold them at 9 cents by NITE, which took the stock down significantly. I have my own records here of how many times I was sold shares at Bid instead of Ask. Why would a market maker that makes money on trades and spreads sell shares for below Ask? I have records of every time I put in orders for shares and was the only buyer here and every single share was shorted - total volume and short volume being equal. If NITE had shares there would be no short volume at all. Especially when you consider I am so freaking poor I was buying 500 to 1000 shares at a time at between 12 and 17 cents. How hard is it to fill an order of 1000 shares at 17 cents without shorting - I ask you? If anything is sad around here it is my pocketbook. Which is why I don't enjoy you over here telling people there is no shorting or foul play because I have seen it and I have reported it. And I will continue to do so. And no you may not see my records it's none of your business.
You are not out of line at all. I have many of the same questions we all do. I will try to bring answers to the board. Everyone should be doing the same. Suffice to say, it seems mike shenher had enlisted this phoenix group to help him restructure and plan what is best for the company and the shareholders. Investor confidence is a factor in shareprice. My point was there are other factors in play. One of them is that short volume. It is considerable. It remains to be seen if the u.s. outlaws short selling like Germany --one of the most stable economies in the world --has done.
I think you can safely assume with zero volume that no one is selling. I think it has been quite awhile since any volume of shares was sold off here. If only the same were true of so many stocks on the OTC that are seeing large sell offs. Why don't you go visit some of those boards to help protect those investors?
To answer your questions:
IBA. No data. I emailed Mike and got an out of country auto-response. If you check the latest press release, they are using some consultants called Phoenix to help with restructuring.
You know as much as anyone that plans change. When you put out a press release saying one thing, that is what is true at the time. Plans change, doesn't mean you go into the past and erase the SEC filings. They are a running record of the company's plans. Calling an old press release false because a plan changes is non-sensical.
Prime example is the Alabama plant. They planned to do something with it. Now they consider it is best for the company -- and the shareholders -- to abandon that plan. Doesn't mean the old press release is false or should vanish.
The question posed to me about the company data and the I-Box. Good point. I will work on it tonight.
Reminder. Just because I am the moderator of this board doesn't mean I have to do all the due diligence here and be the one to receive the finger pointing. Look at what a moderator does on the I-Hub rules. I am not here to defend them from my moderator hat. I will however stick up for myself as an individual investor that would like to see this company succeed.
Any company has MANY enemies. Let's not pretend otherwise:
1) Competitors.
2) Short sellers.
3) Hired gun market makers.
4) "Financiers" who are really only in the thing for the quick buck not the long-range expansion of a company.
Things tend to go better with ANYTHING in life when people are working to make them better and they tend to go worse when people are making them that way. Things just don't "happen" for no reason except for Acts of God.
First of all, a reminder to all. EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN REASONS FOR POSTING HERE. We are not all bored folks with nothing better to do. If you are posting here you want this company to succeed and shareprice to go up so you can make some money on your investment. Or we want them to fail - the faster the better - for
whatever reason but doubtlessly also having money connected to it.
There are no "concerned citizens" here looking out for our welfare on I-Hub as much as I would love for that to be true.
Agribusiness72. You asked a pageful of questions. I passed them on and a few days later this press release was issued to answer some of them:
http://www.marketwatch.com/story/clean-power-concepts-inc-commences-corporate-restructuring-2011-08-25?reflink=MW_news_stmp
You're not going to get all your answers immediately and forthwith. Some of it borders on inside information. A common complaint here is how out of touch this company is. Try emailing Apple or GE or IBM and asking them what they are up to. There have been more press releases from Mike Shenher this year than from any other company I am invested in.
Let's get real.
I was wondering when you would rear your head again.
And this is a problem because....?
I'm up and so is most everyone I brought in.
Looking like CPOW has reached a floor.

13 days to cover. The stock was down more than 10% today. A good time to bring a squeeze.
If this thing is down more than 10% today I believe this
Forces a cover within 13 days unless I don't
Understand the FINRA regs.
Personally I thought it was good that they are
Focusing on the bottom line and what will bring in income.
I am assuming we will hear more about these
Plans fairly soon.
It's not your opinion it is fact.
If anyone is watching, they take it down in the morning, shaking the trees, and then take it back up some in the late day. A very typical pattern, as long as it is down at the end of the day shorty wins.
You ARE kidding, right?
Any short activity on this low a volume is a red flag.
Last word.
Not likely. We will see when the Shorts report comes out tonight.
