This cloud secure networking technology looks interesting, found $VTSS in last week's Barron's weekly on insider trades... I don't understand how the big cloud storage players could use it though... clueless... working on it... any help understanding would be fine.

And last but not least, could this fit the Yahoo's CEO statement of getting into networking?

Noticed twice Yahoo has pushed 37 since Alibaba pre-files... I assume that means they'll push it to 43 pre-IPO (but if like filings crash it afterwards... hope not... be like GoPro great clear human eye-like recording technology, so clear (in focus) (a steady rise up after IPO)... maybe we'll be 180.00/share (dreamers, dream from 35 to 180 jump) soon on buyout fight? If people knew what power a buyout had they'd already done it, I think they're scared of an Alibaba reject if the pre-buyout Yahoo...
The fact that CNBC youngling pointed out was the CEO has brought back they desire to work for Yahoo, which in the rich IT world means a lot.
(In other words it could be that, they'd want to keep MM on a buyout or if they happy employee's had a second they liked better they might union for a change, but then they would not want to buyout that kind of company atmosphere... Buyouts will chop the unneeded fat (keeping some for flavor).

5 star S&P, hard to find in sub 10's... Found today in S&P comparison of another I was looking up info on.
So on my super close watch/add list when can if so...
Did you ever go to the show in NYC that Gander.TV had a both/table at that you mentioned an e-mail invite for?
Or in other words, report here on it, as I must've missed it from first few words that show on header (I don't read all the posts play-by-play as you could imagine would take too long in a life's day).
It'd be nice to know if they'll 8k any response to suits (like from Cisco, as their director selloff already implies they're in infringement - super esp. if not responded - they must be bad dudes to sell on their shareholders without 8k'ing their liability).
On your.. I don't know what you're talking about. No use assuming someone owns or sold because of this board's my stock feature. I don't install their Java script and I've used for price checks on everything, but can't keep in alpha order so I just gave up on price checking here and use finance.yahoo.com instead of the British based web pages (their are reasons for our Constitution in the USA giving us freedom from British rule, thank God).
Didn't that come and go already?
Perhaps, pick up the phone, and call UBRG's majority owner, Ms. Singltary however its spelled.... and stop guessing.
NDR's possible owners, Guest and Ali switching board-of-directors and control back to NDR can only be better if Nicole is unwilling to make money at UBRG.
Must be a real problem, as that site is now down since posting here as an example.
But TheDirectory.com is still up, so they have a deal or are ignoring it while something else occurs. Aren't we down like 1/tenth of a cent since then? I assume we're okay since they've not filed an 8k or let us know or stopped patent infringement... so they have a license agreement, I assume... Now I'm more concerned about my K's here... (It would have to be criminal if dumping before telling us, so we have to assume they know, ringtrace.com got cutoff, so they have to know about thedirectory.com... some communication would help)...

14:20-15:50 So it's over... see how they rushed out and took out their credit card and opened an American Internet account and drove the price through the roof? I don't either.
The fact though that the 10k says the deal gives Rockstar 70% over a billion in income from patent collection adds to the fact they expect to get lots from it. First 8 million to SPEX, next 13 million to Rockstar... then whatever it is for 22million-1billion... don't recall...
And is the 13 million payment once collection procedures began been paid or has the period not started very unclear when that began (when payments begin or suit filed or just contacting and asking for licensing and backpay)?

ParkerVision: Recent Hearing Further Supports Bull's Views - The Best Is Yet Come
May. 27, 2014 12:11 PM ET | About: ParkerVision, Inc. (PRKR), Includes: QCOM
Disclosure: I am long PRKR. (More...)
Summary
PRKR had a very successful day at the May 1 hearing on post trial motions and Judge Dalton indicated he will uphold the jury's verdict.
In closing, the judge stated “I'm certainly going to grant some ongoing royalties”. The judge will set (a probably enhanced) royalty rate if PRKR and QCOM can't agree on it.
PRKR has filed a second lawsuit against QCOM and also named HTC as an infringer. The damages in the second case will be multiples greater than in the first case.
The patents in Case Two are different than those in Case One. PRKR believes QCOM’s new 28 nanometer products infringe the patents in Case Two.
The infringing chips in Case Two include QCOM's baseband processors, its bread & butter product. QCOM could owe PRKR $450m annually ($4.70 per share) in ongoing royalties through the mid-2020s.
ParkerVision (PRKR) is a development-stage company in the process of commercializing patented radio-frequency (RF) technology in the telecommunications industry that owns over 200 U.S. wireless technology patents. ParkerVision filed a lawsuit versus Qualcomm (QCOM) on 7/20/11 alleging broad-based infringement of PRKR's technology.
On October 17, 2013, a Florida federal jury found that Qualcomm infringed ParkerVision patents. The jury awarded ParkerVision $173 million in past damages, and awarded ParkerVision a royalty of $0.23 cents per unit on future use by Qualcomm. After the trial, briefs were submitted by both parties arguing post-trial motions on 5/1/14, Judge Dalton held a hearing to allow PRKR and QCOM's attorneys to argue their final post-trial motions, and I attended that hearing. I believe PRKR had a very successful day in court, and that Judge Dalton's statements at the end of the hearing suggest he will uphold the jury's verdict.
The hearing began for 9:00am on May 1st, and ended at 5:00pm. At the end of the day, around 4:50pm, Judge Dalton told the courtroom that,
With respect to ongoing royalties, both the request for prejudgment (past damages) and post judgment (ongoing royalties), that is, the various iterations of the periods for which those damages would apply, I'm certainly going to grant some ongoing royalties (ParkerVision, Inc vs. Qualcomm, Inc., United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division, Docket 3:11-cv-719, May 1 2014, Transcript of Motions Hearing before the Honorable Roy B. Dalton, Jr., page 253)
A concern I've had since before investing here was whether they're infringing on a patent to provide directory lookup on the Internet, but bought anyway.
Back in 1998 one could lookup a phone number and get name and address. Now one has to pay for that (so I think it was patented and license fee has to be paid... but don't know for sure what the deal is... All I know is you have to pay for it now. the closest I've found to it shows a location on map for free http://www.ringtrace.com/number/703-988-1000 example number changed for this post from bookmark, so maybe an invalid number but you can put your own in, anyone reading.)
So I think they should have a firm look into to it before hand as they have to take the first move to be better off if they are infringing without a licensing deal. But I still own, just worried about it some, its their business they need to look into it, ASAP. Because giving name number and address maybe patented (even though a search gives a web site which has a contact page which has name/numbers/address or do they, maybe its patented and companies avoid it by not showing it.... Something exists but haven't really looked into it deeply.
It doesn't matter as that ended up being a fraud stock which is not the case here, we can go to the web sites and see for ourselves.... http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=103561684 (its .0001 now)
Looks like great word-of-mouth growth.
I would think after its understood what they want to go with the installs for adding other venues could be quicker than what people have been posting.
It's easy to cut/paste coding and change to different whatever for web pages or print programs or maintenance programs... Then just making sure their access to Internet on another club and training the people their to turn on and verify... why should setting up a new club on Gander.TV be so difficult, (seen post implying 1 new city this year)?
I wasn't up after midnight as there was a storm knocking out power for hours, so I can't say whether they came on this morning but I'm not planning on looking specially for it, it'll be nice to notice it somewhere... a list of airtimes and network and place to report seeing it or failed to show could double check they got what they're to pay for.

What do you think about Intel's robot that the CEO showed on CNBC recently and then few/couple days later CNBC news anchors (can't remember which group) said the original price was 500 and that it looked like the pricing would be 1K.... About a cubit high in height....
Not necessary in all cases, as a Billionaire in cash, 1 Billion cash... 2% is not much to miss if wrong...
Millionaires go around and open up competitive stores to small mom and pop's all the time to drive them out of business undercutting them if they wronged them in their eyes or don't like them and then close shop ... don't put it past rich people (especially new money).
But I was think that too (it was worth their $20 million), until now...
Example, old news from mid-2000's, Natalie Portman donated $50 million to childrens hospital in Jerusalem some reporter found out... And more example, look how they give millions and billions to charity and it ends up in news like Gates Foundation, or whatever Foundation is support Nova this week...
I can only guess with entertainment... Cumulus wanted to be street estimates so they asked SEEK to wait until last week so analyst wouldn't include in the earnings estimate... http://www.cumulus.com/network-sales/
Why don't they stick the ads on uTube or Flickr or both so we can see them (it's not top secret, there is no way to hook business to an ad unless buyer says something... I've mentioned ad before as that what the place wanted to know but it wasn't why I was using it... it's like going back to the mid-dark ages of computing or having to fill out a survey as to how sent you... how did you find out about us... GET OFF IT and just be glad we came!)
Small town RSH's do a lot of business for phone contracts/phones... I was at one for 40 minutes 2 months ago+ for a renew/problem with prepaid service and I spoke with them 30 minutes in about business as 4 people+ came in and had problem on how to use a feature on the phone that they helped them solve.
But he said (waited for manager to go on break) did a lot of business on phone stuff. They have a WalMart in town but too small for Best Buy but about 40 minutes from one in a big city with the other big city about an hour the other direction.
They have a college in town and so I asked about science supplies and he said probably online as they do have some students come in and ask but refer them to web. It would be best always for a business to buy it for them on the web site and they pay the store and pick up from store... Big service for students, bad credit, just people liking to be off the grid (illegal aliens to none-of-your-business-what-I-order-or-like kind).
I always try to renew at RSH even though I can almost renew anywhere now that local small stores have renewal ability. The one in the mall here still does business in electronic stores... perhaps they could be dealership for Intel's 500 dollar robot (now 1K)...
A lot less than the Hess deal 2 years ago, but what's SN going to sell/transfer to their little brother CEP (and when, I figure its after what's their name they recently settled with sell/dump their CEP shares so they don't make bunches of honey and oats... oh, I mean money as a pun on TV ad). Tony III (I think has like 30-something pct of CEP?... just saying)
How much of those acres do they have to sign up within how much time, because they only sold it because they weren't going to drill it before lease expired... and SN didn't keep all the acreage the got from Hess they focused on the ones around their current drilling focus of that time (around Southern and Mid LaSalle county for instance)....
Will they be eligible for grants from the Bill Obama signed today on water? Because if they wrote it for municipals its not going to help them having a contract with cities (the city gets the grant) or would it? Just assuming someone here knows... saves the reuse of time doing the same thing...
Page 3 last sentence:
If the Company is unable to timely obtain alternate financing, the Company’s cash flows will not be sufficient to meet its obligations as they become due, which would cause the Company to be unable to continue as a going concern.
I didn't know Office 365 was a cloud... Article on Shadow IT mentions it as cloud based software...
http://www.citeworld.com/article/2364314/cloud-computing/logmein-appguru-shadow-it.html
....The problem AppGuru is really solving, Purcell says, is that employees aren't just bringing two or three apps into the workplace with them on their personal device -- it's closer to 21 (which is pretty consistent with past studies). People chose these apps because they like them, so when they need to share or store documents, they go with the apps they know. That's good for getting stuff done, but not so great for data security and loss prevention.
"It's not done out of malice, it's done out of carelessness," Purcell says.
So when IT sees users are using Evernote, Google Docs, Office 365, or other cloud tools that you don't have a policy for, it creates a chance to have a conversation that you'd otherwise miss out on....
CNBC reported today that a hedge fund had been shadowed and they knew all the moves they were making.... I don't remember the hedge fund name if any.
Cybersecurity firm says large hedge fund attacked
Are you speculating why the volume today down... as like dumping for NDR payroll and not buybacks from people wanting to hide from dump as if they can't make payroll at NDR on their own?
Or what exactly?... cause people holding the bag ain't going to all of the sudden leave and then comeback later.
Been watching for a while and the price seems stable in the upper two's I am purely guessing its the bottom and maybe not so speculative anymore (as bottoms are safe... lol, if only only we knew).
Lately MadMoney asked from phone on Molycorp he said too speculative. Is that from Chinese undercutting them into losses to takeover at a cheap price or from Colorado firms maybe having too much 'Rocky Mountain' new 'High' with casual Maryjane? (Sad there is toddlers are overdosing on candy made with Maryjane, when will the Feds stop these illegal activities, its still illegal in Federal law).
Only have to go back to post 26000'ish and start around there or Google a big shareholder poster after you see who posts valid info...
I would Google " joe2chance site:investorshub.advfn.com " if I were getting a valid response from your question....

Why don't they null their shares then and let us take over... A blind man could run a business and generate income.... perhaps a management group could takeover and only get paid by a percent of net income (for handling SEC)...
They must want too much for this 'worthless' company... Surely the SEC would allow starting the company up under new control.. Shoot even a skinhead organization could make profits investing in wells (like MHR, Magnum Hunter Resources and mouth off 1,000 bbls per hour on our wells but in reality its 1 overriding percent of the...)
I think even Jesse Jackson Rainbow Colit. could take it over and run a lease truck oil transport in Texas with all the wells in Permian and Eagleford....
They got the Azure (Cloud) ads here in iHub... They just missed a marketing tie to Cinemarx Summer series, Dirty Dancing, the could've "I've had the time of my life..." song/lyrics in with showing them/they (in people) having fun with Surface... lol
Just got back from there and it was a good time, last time seeing on big screen being 87 (Fall I think or Summer?) whatever... it is cool (movie)... Jennifer Grey maybe have Joesph genes in her as the early part of her with a black hair wig, and her nose looked classic Egyptian (except eye makeup) royalty ...
Those stupid texture of the keryboards for the Surface at home are a bad surface picking up and showing all dirt... as another... losing move. I think I'll get my first BlackBerry next year for payments by handhelds as their sells in Asia are keeping them afloat and only a Rockstar has to pick them up in a deal to get it widely used again... Apple and Microsoft out as they have their own to push... so Sony or Ericcson? lol, and Nokia (Mr. M. Son, returning to phone handhelds... seems like he has some NOK stake). Ah someone like Citibank ... no, better VISA getting ... lol Everything will change fast and marriage to their junk will be a setback for them (Apple and Microsoft...)
There is absolutely no reason why a 'handheld' couldn't be a glove style flex with back of hand touch screen like from 3M enternals superthin flexible and even charge it with finger movement (with tips removed for feeling) one a touchscreen phone type the other could be a screen receiving live feed from WiFi of you mapped Google satellite location gps and/or gps driving map... lol... but keeping a connection to web (like use widespread technology that ALU came up with a few years ago for small blackboxes replace cell towers... would need a RF (radio frequency) absorbing material between electronics and body to avoid dirty electricity problems to the human cells... but all this has been done and could be put together (like the high school kid that made a batteryless flashlight that charged on movement)... They could diamond dupe the cpu for super small heat resistance (Rhombic Corp, Canada, late 90's stole by US or Germans and FusionStar that could ID elements deep in the earth... I made the mistake of telling Clinton about it and it suddenly disappear while they were trying to work deal with Intel (rejected) DiCrysler had FusionStar and me and this dude from Arizona couldn't trackdown what happened, I figured CIA or whatever made off the record 1947 secret act and bought the rights but one could have a full cpu the size of a pinhead) ... They'll shut-down the project if they know what you're doing too (obviously even in Canada and Germany). That diamond duping in my opinion was the key to LEAP in electronic age to mass real-AI android age...
AI like we're told is programmed AI not real AI... while programmed AI must exist for simple tasks of the android it is not the AI the thinks and solves problems that is learns on its own without programing (a programmed AI to read the microdot memory Write once Read always with hiden back dot memory in another part of brain (memory dot network node) ... come one a dot can hold... okay our of time
This, owning a majority of the company, is why I am not in Sprint and will not be in Softbank or T-Mobile all controlled by M. Son and ... what do I know? He owns like 20%'ish of Alibaba too (either direct or via Softbank whatever).
With a history of doing this... the SEC could with his trading history here at WGAS (which if so to steal) would show him dumping shares then buy very low sell on news dumps on higher buyback always keeping enough via preferred shares 750 to 1 of 5 million majority to cheat people if that's what's happening it would be easy to prove (more evidence than they've executed people in Texas for capital murder on - some very thin evidence even though its supposed to be no doubt). I have no opinion that this is happening but it seems to be by the posts here saying it happened before and was going reverse and not back up (so maybe whoever posted that a while back is him warning us to feel better about doing it?) lol blah blah Again best solution is not to own a company where one person has control. |(::::
Charles Schwab in his book says to think of these failures as tuition into the School Of Hard Knocks and go on with better moves in the future.
CNBC Kayla reported weeks ago that Alibaba originally wanted to go on August 8 for 8 being a lucky number in the Asian culture but would probably go before that sometime that week since 8/8 is a Friday...
And one poster at Yahoo message board points out that they'll announce after this quarter's results (choosing exchange as it was going to be a great quarter to get better pricing). cold...something (the one that thinks it knows it all, seems to have inside info)
You might consider taking into consideration the post at finance.yahoo.com on YHOO where the poster claimed a big player was playing this drop to get cheap calls and run it up late Thursday and big on Friday to 36.... I know its hearsay but I'd hate to hear you sold then missed profit late before expire on June 35 calls.

Yahoo fully manipulated stock
.
All you have to do is follow the options markets. The 35 and 36 strike calls for june were obliterated on Monday. A large trader like Loeb, sells covered or naked calls. Then in the last week, June 21, they unload stock and drop the calls to nothing but the 35 call is still in play. I would suggest that as we speak, this same trader is buying those cheap June 21 calls at 35 and I expect Yahoo to rise above 35. There are an astonishing 54,000 calls out and it traded 1700 calls today.
My options trading wisdom says wait a day there is still downward pressure on the stock. The big trader wants those options to drop to below 0.10. Then they will load up as the other traders try to avoid more losses. Then look for Thursday to be up closer to 35 and then Friday the big trader will be buying shares.
Yahoo is a manipulated stock but this trader wants to buy cheap shares so even if you think Marissa is worthless which she is, this is all about Alibaba. These big hedge funds will not be denied large stakes in Yahoo.
Think about it for a minute. Why shouldn't yahoo be trading now for $45 a share if Alibaba is worth $180 billion which it is? This is game center of the universe. If you are just a long shareholder, buy the dip you can't miss. If you have more taste for risk, consider those June 21 calls but not until the bottom falls out of them. Less
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Good point. Why? There was I paragraph in that saying they would not be updating on activities too, but kept the big authorized shares. Perhaps he's bringing to market their patented stuff and don't want anyone knowing (is what he'd tell the SEC) but he can't be thinking uplisting as they will not put up with not filing just because he's majority owner and Nevada law this and that... Maybe he needed 6 billion dump for funding.
And TV ads next week (as long as the news is not another delay of ads? ) Could be above a penny by months-end?
