Why don't they null their shares then and let us take over... A blind man could run a business and generate income.... perhaps a management group could takeover and only get paid by a percent of net income (for handling SEC)...

They must want too much for this 'worthless' company... Surely the SEC would allow starting the company up under new control.. Shoot even a skinhead organization could make profits investing in wells (like MHR, Magnum Hunter Resources and mouth off 1,000 bbls per hour on our wells but in reality its 1 overriding percent of the...)

I think even Jesse Jackson Rainbow Colit. could take it over and run a lease truck oil transport in Texas with all the wells in Permian and Eagleford....
