The fact though that the 10k says the deal gives Rockstar 70% over a billion in income from patent collection adds to the fact they expect to get lots from it. First 8 million to SPEX, next 13 million to Rockstar... then whatever it is for 22million-1billion... don't recall...

And is the 13 million payment once collection procedures began been paid or has the period not started very unclear when that began (when payments begin or suit filed or just contacting and asking for licensing and backpay)?
