"Let's not forget that TAUG has a slam dunk multi million $$$$ lawsuit against Cowan & Gunteski..... I'm talking $10-20 million in damages !!!!"
This prophetic post, from June of 2016, may have been a wee bit over optimistic. LOL.
"I am still baffled on the pieces units mystery though"
I am not, nor am I aware of anyone else who is, either. Pieces = Units = Boxes ==> synonyms.
IMO, there was never any deception intended, and any implication that there was is a fabrication without evidence.
"I told you CEO Dirty Berman should have been a fiction writer"
I don't understand your post. Why?
"BTW, that Costco is only 20 minutes from Tauriga World Headquarters. Ever been there?"
Yes I have. But I'm a bit confused. What is the relevance of the question?
"no idea if there's anything or anyone in it."
The complex used to be the Union Carbide HQ campus but was sold to Matrix Management. It has lots of tenants which used to include TAUG. TAUG is not currently a tenant. TAUGs phone number is a Verizon cell phone registered to a private residence in NY.
"I happen to shop at Costco, so I tried to find glucose test strips on their website too, and came up with nothing. But I know for a fact, that they carry meters, strips and lances." "I only shop at one Costco store, and it is located in Brookfield, CT. I don't know what brands it carries"
I'm afraid that seems a bit inconsistent to me.
"Joe is the friendly pharmacist at the Costco in Wilmington, NC", which seems to be where you know for a fact that they carry meters, strips and lances.
This remains a suspicion: "I suspect that all, or virtually all, Costco stores sell strips and meters"
So Costco sells strips in some of its stores but not on its website? What do we learn from that vis-a-vis the prospects of some Sam's Club testing for Walmart, which has plenty of online strip offerings?
Which Costco store do you know of that has them? And what brand?
I received the same result you did at Sams Club, albeit a bit cleaner.
Sams Glucose Meters
I agree, that Costco and Sams have a lot of similarities. I happen to shop at Costco, so I tried to find glucose test strips on their website too, and came up with nothing. But I know for a fact, that they carry meters, strips and lances. I'm not sure about Sams, but in the case of Costco, most of the things they offer at my local store aren't on the Costco website. And it's not just the obvious stuff (e.g. frozen food) that is not offered. I suspect, but do not know, that Sams Clubs are similar. That is, if you go to your local outlet, they probably have multiple brands of meters and strips.
Here's an indication that Costco considers diabetics to be a group they would like to serve. Costco Diabetics Tour
No I don't get it.
BS is BS.
The problem with statements relative to "normal every day activities", is the base line may be for a sloth.
I have higher standards than that.
Who really cares?
I do.
IMO, anyone who claims they are giving 110% spewing BS.
A credible claim, with evidence to back it up, is: I gave everything I could.
What if SAM's Club started carrying GenUltimate! first?
That would seem to me, to be a prudent move for Walmart. They could begin test-marketing in a few Sams in different states in 1Q 2017. And then move to a to full US Sams distribution test in the Spring. Obvious next steps are all of Walmart US and Walmart world-wide. But, IMO, that future is too fuzzy to think about until the Sam's roll-out proves successful.
When GenUltimate! becomes available on Walmart store shelves, what about all the competing brands? Good question. Lot's of possibilities. IMO, consolidation is likely. But not necessarily Brand consolidation. Store-brands have the luxury of changing suppliers anytime they want to. I expect supplier consolidation first.
I believe 2017 is going to be an exciting year for DECN investors. And, I expect that the value of my DECN shares will be worth MUCH more at the end of 2017 than they are today.
Happy New Year to all
"It's to late to edit" - OK
Your response got transmitted as gibberish. Please try again and make it concise.
"I hope ICE and Jam don't find out. Could kill the evening."
Good advice, but a little late, IMO. LOL
"This extract does not get anyone high, although many buy it, mistakenly thinking that it does"
Really? LMAO
I'd like to see the statistics on this particular study.
"I posted earlier today an article about several states legalizing marijuana. Could this news be part of the reason for the pps increase as it could hold out some hope for the taug proposed cannabis oil product?"
I don't think so. The ballot issue for all of those 4 states was principally about recreational use of marijuana (i.e. getting high, like getting drunk).
TAUG announced, a few weeks ago, their intent to sell a muscle relaxant that included an extract of marijuana known as CBD. This extract does not get anyone high, although many buy it, mistakenly thinking that it does.
My understanding is that the US Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) prohibits shipping marijuana-based products (including those based on CBD) into a US state from any source that is not in the state. That makes distribution of CBD oil based products a distribution nightmare.
So, IMO, the odds of the recently changed marijuana laws in 4 US states affecting today's TAUG's share price increase are very small.
"Wonder what insiders are unloading."
My guess is that they did not unload today. But watch out below tomorrow - the last trading day of the year.
I'm referring to the substantiated 45+% increase in share price for this single day.
Does anyone actually believe, that the POTENTIAL distribution profits of a three year old puffy lip balm product, caused that to happen naturally?
Sometimes faith is not enough.
Does anyone actually believe ...
That TAUG is actually up 50% today based on business fundamentals?
Ice and Jam are twenty somethings with a private web site that sell $25 lipstick with a $25 puffy lip base. No indication of any business results in 3 years. Desperate partners unite!
So what has really changed for existing TAUG shareholders today?
Take advantage of the pump, and sell while you can.
WHEN IS THE REVERSE SPLIT GOING TO BE???
Soon! It looks like the stock is being bought as part of the Ice and Jam desperation pump.
Ice and Jam - Great products and company doing well.
The first time I asked "And how would you know that", there was no response forthcoming.
The statement was reasserted. Evidence please.
Puffy lips with a craving for the munchies...
Genuine LOL.
Love it! Perhaps this product does have a niche market. Magazines like Seven Teen, and perhaps ....
"Selling a lip irritant disguised as a "hand scooped" moisturizer. *GULP*"
That's a reasonable concern. But I suspect they may be OK. Probably just something like peppermint oil.
But $20+ for a small vial that will be distributed by TAUG's, supposedly awesome, mass distribution channels? LOL
And what happened to the CBD oil products? I suspect many can still spell D E S P E R A T E.
Reality is ... a series of mistakes made by Shaw.
"Product is great And ice and jam is doing quite well"
How would you know that?
The two twenty-somethings were trying to sell lipstick for $25.
About Ice + Jam
From a March 21, 2016 article at: http://www.cleveland.com/style/index.ssf/2016/03/ice_jam_of_cleveland_delivers.html
"The two models and best pals, now in their 20s, grew up in Ashtabula, Ohio. They met at a house party and started Ice + Jam in 2013."
Currently, they offer two products sold exclusively on their website. The first is Ice Lip Plumper ($27). It is a clear color enhancing formula that fuses with your natural Ph levels to reveal a different shade of pink on everyone. It also delivers a cooling effect while plumping lips with a secret natural irritant that makes lips look fuller, smooths fine lines, lasts about three hours and is enhanced every time you lick your lips. It can be worn alone or with the lip colors.
The second product is Jam, the lip colors ($23.50), created to take a girl from work, to the gym and then out to dinner. They are creamy, demi-matte, buttery and long lasting. Currently, there are 10 shades to choose from. They're made with Cupuacu butter (pronounced koo-poo-ah-sue), a very rich and hydrating ingredient that comes from a fruit tree. It's hand-scooped from Shea butter-like shells in southern Brazil. It's a superior moisturizer, improves skin's elasticity, it combats free radicals, protects against anti-oxidants, provides natural sun protection and keeps lips feeling lush.
"Is today's buying attributable to people ... bargain hunting from tax selling sales?"
Sure - there may be some of that, although I think that it's only a minor factor. There's just too much uncertainty about TAUG's near-term future to move one way or the other, for most folks.
I think it's more likely that, one or more large owners of TAUG shares, felt the need to spend a total of $30K to stop TAUG's worrying share price decline. The recent volume has been relatively light compared to the stampede that will occur if TAUG loses it's legal case. If that occurs, IMO, there will be a blood bath heading for the exits.
Loan, that's not fair! All those facts are irrelevant.
The only thing that matters is Seth has already ruled on the "is TAUG a Shell" issue. And it was in writing via a FORMAL filing.
This subject is CLOSED !!!!!!!!!!
P.S. How dare you spit those facts out. The unfaithful are easily recognized!
"So far 100 per cent of their ventures failed."
Sounds like TAUG may be a pattern developing. LOL
Reverse Split Tomorrow????
Who knows?. But if not tomorrow, it's likely to be soon (within a couple months).
Seth said they were going to launch a new product line and up-list. Some take him literally at his word.
Where is TAUG going to get the money to do this, without selling more shares (more dilution)?
"Selling because of the shell issue, that's funny"
How so? It's one more issue on TAUG's large pile of risky problems.
And ... These facts are not in dispute
Allow me to add some additional facts:
TAUG has:
No products
No revenue
No profit
No assets
No staff
No office
No reason why they should not be reclassified as a shell
No public information on how they are going to cope with CBD oil distribution problems after Jan 13
No indication about how they are going to fund multiple product launches
That's a lot of "No's", on critical attributes, for any business.
No wonder the TAUG share price is dropping.
It just keeps getting worse here for TAUG
Does anyone actually believe that TAUG's second try at the Wellness business is going to succeed? What's different about TAUG, or its unannounced product, that is different this time? I'll tell you what is - zip, nada. Things are worse than when TAUG tried the "wellness" business the first time, and failed.
"Fully reporting", doesn't mean diddly squat to consumers. CBD snake oil looks like it will be a distribution nightmare. No assets, no cash, not much of anything but a far-fetched wish.
TAUG the turd is going down. Get out while you can salvage something.
TAUG Down Another 9% Today
The "mighty" TAUG is now worth half a cent per share. Volume was under $30K for the whole day. With no revenue, or reasonable prospect of revenue, the 9% collapse was probably due to individual investors dumping TAUG shares before year-end.
I expect selling to accelerate through Friday and the collapse to continue. I definitely have a sinking feeling about TAUG.
Who will be the last one out?
"How close was the company from being tossed to the greys?"
IMO, DECN being forced to be a grey sheet company was not a concern. It's unclear to me why there would be a different opinion. Please educate me as to why.
"Public" isn't the issue - real product/revenue/profit is
Unfortunately, for TAUG share owners, there is no products, revenue or profits. How long can this last?
Nothing mentioned in the post I'm replying to, can be purchased.
"You want me to disseminate inside information for you?"
No, I do not.
Public information, or "inside information", about TAUG's real products, real revenue and real profits doesn't exist.
That was my point.
"Properly accounted for and audited Financials would be,when it comes to me personally as a Shareholder of the Company, would definitely be in the top 3."
I can respect that, and IMO we're not that far apart. Audited financials are not in the top 3 for me, at this stage of DECN's life, but are in the top 5.
"So now DECN is looking to slip into some other Company's skin...."
Huh?
That's a different subject, which I'm not well versed in. I assume that there are substantial risks. But the linked article appears to only describes the downsides. Why was that article, from 2011, chosen?
Is it possible to give me an example of why (updated) audited files are less important than sales (revenue) ??
