Sure - there may be some of that, although I think that it's only a minor factor. There's just too much uncertainty about TAUG's near-term future to move one way or the other, for most folks.
I think it's more likely that, one or more large owners of TAUG shares, felt the need to spend a total of $30K to stop TAUG's worrying share price decline. The recent volume has been relatively light compared to the stampede that will occur if TAUG loses it's legal case. If that occurs, IMO, there will be a blood bath heading for the exits.
