I can respect that, and IMO we're not that far apart. Audited financials are not in the top 3 for me, at this stage of DECN's life, but are in the top 5.

That's a different subject, which I'm not well versed in. I assume that there are substantial risks. But the linked article appears to only describes the downsides. Why was that article, from 2011, chosen?
