Oh, well thanks, but I've had his contact information for ahwile, it's listed publicly on the Millburn/Shorthills Chamber of Commerce, the problem is he is the information bottleneck and isn't talking to anyone.

Hence my focus on the past employees, who might even have a reason to talk depending on how things went.

The reinstatement thing was never really a huge deal. Think about it logically for a moment-

EBC and STS were unaffected, the stock was still trading, it was probably just a failure to send the state a check for a few hundred bucks on time, which of course is silly on their part, but it didn't impact anything on our end. People who harped it was a big deal on the lapse or reinstatement were probably just flippers.

We need to focus on things that actually impact the value of the company. All the bashing about the newspaper and forward looking statements is not helpful to anyone, and frankly doesn't even really matter to the bottom line of the company.

I sent out messages to both Lawrence and Robert, if I hear back I will let you know, but I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE every one else to do the same. In my experience most small companies don't bother with NDAs for this kind of stuff, they are more geared towards preventing the poaching corporate secrets and the like.

It's important to figure out if they left or were fired. I suspect, given how things are going, they left (which would explain why the site hasn't been updated to remove them, and why the OTC profile hasn't been updated either. If he had replacements for them ready to go, it would have been seamless, I would think.

I am not really concerned about his hobbies, some small town rag with such little traffic isn't paying his bills.

Has any one reached out to the Board of Directors? They have a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholder.

Including the round of people who just left?

If not, I will make a linkedin and try to contact them, this is probably the only way to get any information in the short term. I sincerely doubt we'll be hearing from the company in an official way any time soon.

That upon completion of the lawsuit, Sym used almost half the money recovered to pay himself back rather than reinvesting in the company.

Now, you might say "he was loaning money to the company", and if he had done so to cover important operational costs I would agree with you. Add up how much was spent on G&A salary over the course of the lawsuit, it's quite a bit. I have no way of knowing how the break down goes, but I would assume he was getting at least half of that money (probably more since he was the CEO). So in reality, he was loaning the company money to cover costs while he paid himself a salary from his failing company, a salary that put the company in a position that it needed to take out over $100,000 in loans so that when it finally had an injection of cash from the lawsuit, it was all spent on paying him back, rather than building the company. If he believed in his leadership ability, he would have forgone at least part of his salary, and not crippled the company with his cash flow management strategy. Again, not saying he doesn't deserve to make a salary, but it's small business, sometimes you need to step up to the plate and show leadership. It's painfully ironic to me that the single largest drag on this company is also the thing that costs us the most money.

Legitimate questions exist, I don't need innuendo to make my case for or against. Especially when that innuendo deals with things that take all of 5 minutes of DD to figure out.

Taking the shares from Weitzel and issuing them to Sym doesn't make the company a scam. I might not agree with the move on its face, but if Weitzel's shares were important for the SDVOSB status or some other compliance issue it would at least be somewhat justifiable. Unfortunately, the reasoning hasn't been explained, and I think that's wrong and unfair to us. That is a legitimate criticism and the fact it's been almost a year and they haven't explained it is ridiculous, but don't act like there isn't any information on the raw numbers involved with the lawsuit, that's been asked and answered, what's missing is "WHY" and that's what we need to figure out. If people are leaving, we should be questioning those people and figuring out what is going on.

I suggested contacting people through LinkedIn, I don't use it, but an established user should reach out and ask some of these questions. It doesn't hurt to ask.

We know what he did with them, it says it right in the fins, he (the company) issued them to himself. Note that is the fins previous to the lawsuit the amount held between Weitzel and Sym is the same as the amount held by Sym in the next round of the financials post settlement, plus like, 11 million or so, maybe the shares from the other person they sued?

Well then, two things:

1) we should try and find out why they left, maybe asking them directly through linkedin, or something?

2) we can finally find out how much sym pays himself. If the records on linkedin are accurate, all we have to do is take 4th Quarter pay numbers, and compare them with Q1 of this year. Then we'll also know, roughly speaking, how much he was paying people.

Does any one have any idea why these two left?

If they are truly gone, how many employees does EVRM have left?
