The reinstatement thing was never really a huge deal. Think about it logically for a moment-
EBC and STS were unaffected, the stock was still trading, it was probably just a failure to send the state a check for a few hundred bucks on time, which of course is silly on their part, but it didn't impact anything on our end. People who harped it was a big deal on the lapse or reinstatement were probably just flippers.
We need to focus on things that actually impact the value of the company. All the bashing about the newspaper and forward looking statements is not helpful to anyone, and frankly doesn't even really matter to the bottom line of the company.
I sent out messages to both Lawrence and Robert, if I hear back I will let you know, but I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE every one else to do the same. In my experience most small companies don't bother with NDAs for this kind of stuff, they are more geared towards preventing the poaching corporate secrets and the like.
It's important to figure out if they left or were fired. I suspect, given how things are going, they left (which would explain why the site hasn't been updated to remove them, and why the OTC profile hasn't been updated either. If he had replacements for them ready to go, it would have been seamless, I would think.
