We know what he did with them, it says it right in the fins, he (the company) issued them to himself. Note that is the fins previous to the lawsuit the amount held between Weitzel and Sym is the same as the amount held by Sym in the next round of the financials post settlement, plus like, 11 million or so, maybe the shares from the other person they sued?
