Nerd, do you suppose any GTEM.PK employees have agreed to forego current compensation in lieu of future remuneration?
TIA
Is GTEM.PK's International Advisory Board still headed up by Sir Christopher Meyer?
" In his new role as Chairman of the Company's newly-formed International Advisory Board, Sir Christopher, although resigned from the Board of Directors, maintains an important geo-political role in GlobeTel's international initiatives. The Company anticipates that Sir Christopher and his appointees will make an excellent series of targeted contributions to its activities around the world without the significant demands of managing and monitoring its growing global organization."
TIA
Anyone know if ANYWHERE CALLER(TM)- GTEM.PK's joint development and marketing venture with MetroTel PCS Communications LLC is EBITDA positive?
TIA
Nerd...any resume knowledge of the current C.O.O.??
According to the PR he's got extensive global experience with companies big & small.
TIA
Nerd...a little clarity please:
I need you to interpret the following Peter Khoury PR dated 11.17.06 concerning Monterosso's job description:
"providing a daily escalation point to diffuse any potential problems that hinder the Company's achievement of its strategy"
Also, "Mr. Monterosso has been an entrepreneur since an early age; operating businesses of various sizes throughout the world."
Can anyone name one of these businesses?
TIA
Have you ever considered for one minute that the current Shareholder lawsuit (soon to be more)...just might have some merit. Perhaps you should have joined the class action? Like it or not Internafta destroyed most of your value. Fully realizing that it's hard to put a value on a money losing enterprise.
BOL
"If the trading in this stock was factual, however, you'd see the shorts caught in a trap next."
Well...the facts have spoken and she's trading in the quarter range. Perhaps you should ask why has demand shriveled to zilch??? And when you anser those questions honestly, perhaps then you'll understand why it's trading @ .0166 pre-reverse split.
Your are correct...I was basing it on past Centerline numbers...you assume 3 - 5 million net income.
I could get a better return, with complete security & predictable payments buying a 3 month treasury note.
Perhaps you could explain why someone would pay 50 million US dollars for Centerline. What's your free cash flow multiplier?
Let's assume Centerline is cash flow positive....what capitaliztion rate would you apply to net income or even EBITDA?
TIA
Nerd...please provide me with any profitable ventures the K-Men have been involved with.
TIA
Gotherdone???
Excuse me??? With your money....by diluting you again and again and again.
"Just makes anybody wonder at the greed and effort to win at any costs"
But MBA, isn't that why you're here? You could own any stock out there, perhaps one paying dividends. But here you are hitching your life savings to a penny stock.

All gone...Huff repositioned....and the SEC case is a non-event.
BOL
Sharklady, wasn't Tim Huff the guy who said Magic Money would be EBITDA positive 3rd quarter 06? And Magic Money was given away "tout de suite"?
TIA
"I don't (believe) GTEM is paying for it with their own money"
Right you are...it's not their money it's yours!
It's your company, Fight for your shareholder rights!
Only GTEM.PK would release a PR mentioning they have accomplished something that can't respond to only question that matters....
"What about the Money"???
Risk...it occured to me this weekend....
that the newly minted owwner of the Magic Money Machine...must be printing "bank".
Let's review shall we....
Last May...Mssr. Huff, then acting CEO & pre CTO...promised shareholders that Magic Money would be EBITDA positive by end of 3rd qtr. 06'.
Well it's almost the end of 1st qtr 07'....they have no cost...no debt...nada....only the rights to a paradigm shifting, wave of the future non-patented way of moving money seamlessly...
Weren't we promised a "piece of the action" once the Brinks truck rolled up?
Yes, those buyers are quieter than Church mice.
Nerd....do you suppose Magic Money's valuation could be an issue with the SEC (seeing as though it was given away for $0.00)?
TIA
So in the midst of the audit...the CFO resigns even though he was already doing us a big favor extending his 3 month contract?
They got an answer for everything.
"This is pure manipulation at its finest"
Perhaps a number of small investors are uncomfortable with the recent events of the BOD / CFO? But I'm just speculating of course.
Wake - up Call!!!
This post will probably be deleted...and for that I'm sorry;
At what point do you say No Mas?
All three independent directors have resigned. You can't put a positive spin on this - PERIOD. Yes, GTEM.PK needs to cut costs, however, if they were so squeaky clean, and the future so bright...Directors would forgo current compensation for future consideration.
Something bad is going to happen in the very near future...the writing is painted in BOLD LETTERS on the wall.
Govern yourself accordingly....so I don't have to remind you again...I told you so.
BOL
Well MBA, I guess you should have first doubled your money in Mirant and then you could have 300,000 shares of this little "hidden gem".
"Once the share price is at the two dollar range"
Please describe to me what GTEM.PK financicals will look like at this $2 range?
TIA
"Earn a little spend a little."
Where are the earnings going to come from? VOZ Brazil perhaps?
Centerline...where the more they sell, the more they lose?
TIA
Vern....you're out of the picture now. This is why we have a Chief Technology Officer - Mssr. Timothy Huff. Huff knows technology - plain & simple. You can rest soundly tonight knowing that Huff has delegated future development of the airship to the best talent money can buy...and that means your money!!!
The "fasten seat belt" light has been turned off....feel free to stretch your legs and move around the cabin....with Huff as CTO...It's all good!
Any new or for that matter old news from GTEM.PK's Brazilian operations?
Coming up on the six month PR anniversary!!!
I certainly hope that the Brazil PR was not overly promotional.
Nerd....are there no available shares for purchase? With the "over the top" good news.....
I'll beleive that when Mgt. is compensated on performance and not by the sale of stock.
I'm all ears risk...lay it on me!!
AXEL...is German "Hot Zone" Dead????
TIA
"Nothing can be made all right. Everything is just as it should be, if that we not so, things would be different."
Nerd, I agree with that statement (Hey, we agree on something!!)
No resentment....although I do think it unfortunate that alot of good people have been sold the sizzle...not the steak.
But hey...that's why I'm here!!
BOL
Nerd....do you subscribe to the belief that Kostro's 10.18.06 letter to shareholders makes everything "allright"???
Just curious.
My point Nerd??? Lockheed Martin???? The largest DOD contractor with a multi-billion dollar backlog. Check their S&P / Moody's ratings...they can finance just about anything. And then there's Globetel....no access to capital other than further equity dilution. But that hasn't bothered any of you guys to date.
It's your company, Fight for your shareholder rights!
Don't forget the $35 million...but hey...that's the easy part. Especially with all the potential government contracts @ our doorstep. From here we LAUNCH!!!
And which Government would that be?
TIA
Where will the Bob Jones estimated $35 million come from for the working prototype?
Will they have to dip into the HotZone / DECT R&D budget?
Will they have to cut back on Air Travel to Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Republic of Congo, etc.?
Will they give us a road map as to how they plan to finance their visionary, paradigm shifting goals?
It's your company, fight for your shareholder rights!!!
How long before they let go of the string to the Rigid airship?
Before or after the next dilution?
TIA
"The airship was floated to an altitude of 100 feet"
Great....just 64,900 more feet to go...and the little matter of the $35 million.
To da moon!!
