Where will the Bob Jones estimated $35 million come from for the working prototype?

Will they have to dip into the HotZone / DECT R&D budget?
Will they have to cut back on Air Travel to Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Republic of Congo, etc.?
Will they give us a road map as to how they plan to finance their visionary, paradigm shifting goals?
