Randolph Dumas, Chairman; 81,075,194 votes, or 87% of all votes cast, for Timothy Huff; 81,495,904 votes, or 88% of all votes cast, for Jonathan Leinwand; 82,036,576 votes, or 88% of all votes cast, for Dorian Klein; 82,035,586 votes, or 88% of all votes cast, for Michael Castellano; and 81,966,661 votes, or 88% of all votes cast, for Ambassador Ferdinando Salleo.
The proposal to ratify Dohan & Co. as the Company's auditors for the fiscal year 2006 passed with 82,654,596 votes, or 89% of all votes cast. The proposal to increase authorized shares to 250 million from 150 million passed with 75,883,483 votes, or 82% of all votes cast.
