Risk...it occured to me this weekend....

that the newly minted owwner of the Magic Money Machine...must be printing "bank".

Let's review shall we....

Last May...Mssr. Huff, then acting CEO & pre CTO...promised shareholders that Magic Money would be EBITDA positive by end of 3rd qtr. 06'.

Well it's almost the end of 1st qtr 07'....they have no cost...no debt...nada....only the rights to a paradigm shifting, wave of the future non-patented way of moving money seamlessly...

Weren't we promised a "piece of the action" once the Brinks truck rolled up?
