Nerd...a little clarity please:

I need you to interpret the following Peter Khoury PR dated 11.17.06 concerning Monterosso's job description:

"providing a daily escalation point to diffuse any potential problems that hinder the Company's achievement of its strategy"


Also, "Mr. Monterosso has been an entrepreneur since an early age; operating businesses of various sizes throughout the world."

Can anyone name one of these businesses?
