Then tweets new annual revenue of $330,000
LoL. Well given the history of turtles and races, i'd say this is a good thing.

Any idea what A/S,O/S, float were before or after that?
What's the float on this thing?
Any ideas?
Conditional probability
You are using two event priors in conditional probability as though they were interchangeable. They are not. P(A|B) != P(B|A) unless the two are properly defined as such.
But what if anything does this amount to? Shareholders should sell their shares because an employee in the company has financial issues? Is that your advice?
Facebook is a public company not a private one. Zuckerberg can only become bankrupt as you try to insinuate iff Facebook stock reflected zero value. The scenario you are describing is logically invalid.
Him going bankrupt as you say, given his wealth is tied to Facebook, can only happen if Facebook goes under. Which already begs the question.
And I will be right there buying up all those shares. Mark can do whatever he wants with his wealth and his shares. He can sell them and give away all his wealth.
I'm sure you understand the difference between a person and a company. But yes, retail noobs will sell right into the hands of the smart investors.
Why is there a new CUSIP for MCCU on every reputable brokerage firm I have called inquiring about ORRV ticker?
From Etrade:
We have a new CUSIP for ticker and name change for ORRV. We expected this change about a week ago but are still waiting on an effective date. We have no further information at this time.
Scottrade, Ameritrade, Fidelity, all the same.
Is ORRV a scam? Is MCCU a non existent company scam about to get FINRA approval for ticker change? I don't know, but odds are, you wouldn't hear any of this from any reputable broker if it were a scam.
Business 101:
MCCU bought ORRV. There's a difference between the two.
MCCU employs Will as an employee.
MCCU is a company. Which, according to simple identity is not the same as Will the person.
By this logic, we should all have sold our Apple shares when Jobs died since Apple must have died as well.
What is more, Will is an 'employee'. MCCU is under the helm of Frank Hawley. Should my personal bankruptcy be considered relevant information for the company I work for?
Should we all sell our facebook shares if Mark were to file personal bankruptcy?
What does "personal bankruptcy" have anything to do with your place of employment?
Steve Jobs founded Apple. What is non sequitur for $500?
Let's stick to the facts. ORRV is a dead shell. It is dead and gone. No one in their right mind is here because of orrv, we're here because of MCCU.
So your point is irrelevant in addition to lacking any form of proof.
Say it enough times and maybe it will become true. Beetlejuice? Oldie, but a good one. Although I'm more of a house of cards type person. Something about elaborate illusions crumbling to worthless dust that does it for me.
I'll take it you are if the opinion that it is my job to disprove a claim for each you have offered zero substantive evidence?
MCCU gas revenues of about 1 billion fafillion gagillion dollars. It must be true since you can't disprove it.
I see a very huge gap up tomorrow.
Agenda for meeting here:
$ORRV Update on symbol and name change with FINRA to be addressed. pic.twitter.com/qo2tyz6rxq
— Kema Wellington (@kinyiose__) September 25, 2017
What a brilliant pop today! Awesome!
More alternative facts. ORRV no longer exists. Records will be updated when name change is completed at FINRA's approval.
But since were completely fabricating things and altering history, I'll share in your laughter because it's hilarious.
Completely agree.
We are in a world of alternative facts and alternative common sense it would seem.
ORRV is history along with Tracy.
MCCU is the future. I doubt anyone buying this stock is doing so because of ORRV past but instead they want to look at the future of MCCU.
Anyone can call their broker and ask about CUSIP. This should be common knowledge by now.
Yes, it is. Although I'm not sure what any of that has to do with MCCU? :D
MCCU is the new ticker, new company, with revenues and growth potential. Investors don't look back and say "gee, Microsoft got sued by the federal government, must be a fraudulent company". They look forward!
Are we talking about Adam Tracy again? Good grief can we put this old wive's tale to rest already?
You should revisit the difference between A/S, O/S, and float.
A/S being 7B has very little to do with current O/S. And likewise O/S with current float.
Companies increase A/S precisely when they intend to do what MCCU is trying to do, which is to grow through mergers and acquisitions.
While it 'makes sense' to think increase in A/S is in one-to-one mapping with size of float, the two have very little correlation except the fact that A/S puts a cap on what the float size could ever be.
Speaking of red flags, why is the news on share structure of "ORRV" a red flag for the share structure of "MCCU" and entity which officially will come into being after name change?
I am looking forward to hearing where Frank wants to take MCCU and the details of share structure. My expectations for the call include:
1. The much awaited but all but verified (see CUSIP at your nearest brokerage firm) name change.
2. Share structure of MCCU. Are we still looking to reduce float to under 900M per previous tweets?
3. Acquisitions indicated in previous tweets.
4. New additions to the team with fortune 50 experience (Amazon? Microsoft?)
I am no at all swayed by any delays so far. With each 'delay', it is easy to lose sight of the big picture and what is actually important: the company has repeatedly delivered. Albeit with a few delays and glitches, which should be expected and even anticipated given the company is going through growing pains.
There are very many longs here looking forward to the call and what will be the beginning of a very successful company. GLTA
What hole exactly are you talking about?
BOOM!

You've noticed too?
Well what I and others have heard from the company sounds nothing like what you've stated here. That's why I asked you for proof. So again, do you have any?
Interesting. Do you have any proof to back up these statements?
When is the quarterly $MCCU investor meeting? I for one am interested in hearing CEO Frank Hawley's vision for the company "after" the FINRA approval is all said and done. Acquisitions, update on product offerings, PIPE/APO.
$ORRV no longer exists. OTC, NVSOS, are all updated to reflect MCCU as the entity going forward.
GLTA.
That's funny. Can anyone cite the law you are referring to? The one that states a former CEO having a DUI is unable to serve as executive for a publicly traded company?
I don't know of any such law. Which makes me believe this is one persons personal opinion. Why is personal opinion important in matters of stocks current and future value?
When is the investor meeting per Frank's last tweet? Isn't it in two weeks. Did he indicate news before then?
Agreed. Not much buzz about this stock yet.
Good info. Thanks for sharing.
You're in ADHC?
Very interesting. thanks for sharing.
It seems the state sees the revenue potential in this crop. Such steep licensing fees reflect potential revenue.
Why do you think so?
Excellent info.
What do you mean by dark?
What positive news are we expecting per merger here?
Can you share your source for this?
