MCCU bought ORRV. There's a difference between the two.
MCCU employs Will as an employee.
MCCU is a company. Which, according to simple identity is not the same as Will the person.

By this logic, we should all have sold our Apple shares when Jobs died since Apple must have died as well.

What is more, Will is an 'employee'. MCCU is under the helm of Frank Hawley. Should my personal bankruptcy be considered relevant information for the company I work for?

What does "personal bankruptcy" have anything to do with your place of employment?
