I guess Businessweek has bad information:
http://investing.businessweek.com/businessweek/research/stocks/people/people.asp?symbol=PDGT.PK
Good folks to have on board:
Leslie C. Kenney serves as Senior Consultant of Paradigm Tactical Products, Inc. Mr. Kenney served as Special Agent of US Drug Enforcement Administration, and US Army Special Forces Officer.
(I believe Mr. Kenney was an officer in the Army, but I can't confirm at this time)
James F. Marr, Vice President, Mr. Marr is a retired Deputy
Sheriff from the Los Angeles County Sheriff ’s Department.
Prior to co-founding Paradigm Tactical Products, Mr. Marr
spent ten years as a consultant to security companies.
13,650,000 buys to 3,976,996 sells. 6 were 1M share buys and one 2M share buy. the rest were not so round figures. I would think if it were insiders buying it would be much larger buys. imo
Every trade at .0002. So that's what... $3520 total traded.
I wouldn't touch this company until things were closer to turning around. They still have a ways to go...also imo.
You're welcome. Mr Wizard (another poster) just showed me that a few days ago.
Click on the detailed quote and then choose "trades". This will show you the buys vs sells for the day. It was all buys today. 9M, 1M, 2M, 1M buys from start to finish.
This market is huge... I would be just as concerned about smaller air fields and charter flights coming in. Paradigm's products have an abundance of deployable locations.
Think of all the smaller/private/charter air ports. Think of how big a concern the sea ports are and how much they want radiation detection there... What's to stop terrorists from chartering a flight and bringing in a dirty bomb through air channels to little known air fields? TSA getting on the ball and using Paradigm's products for their intended use... that's what.
Thanks for the info, Leftcoaster.
How long does it take to get a reply? I sent an e-mail at 5AM, Monday morning and haven't had a reply yet.
Thanks
Wow... just...wow...
Thank you, Mr Wizard.
That reminds me of my financial accounting class days in college. Looking at Wal Mart/Target with 4% profit margins and comparing it to Nabors Drilling Co which had a MUCH higher profit margin (I don't remember it at the moment). Apples and oranges of course. I'd have to look at a company like TASR or maybe Garrett to get some comparisons.
Good info. thanks again
I guess it would be just as easy to answer my question instead of making me sift through all your posts. But that's okay. I guess we aren't friends anymore :*(
Wow, you invented/marketed/sold the frisker? What can you tell us about the cost of sales? What was the profit margin?
Well, if that's the case... I'm not going to work tomorrow because it's Saturday. lol
Wait... I think I heard of this before. bids posting as sell and all the shenanigans... AFK while my head explodes.
Definitley something to watch.
Thanks
What's your opinion about the 9M form-t trade, Dan?
To me, it looks like someone manipulating for an AM buy-in as investors get uncomfortable with a .0005 PPS and start selling lower. It looks like someone trying to work down the base a little bit in anticipation of what's coming in the next few months.
The buy vs sell volume until the after hour trades was about 10.6M to 15.9M. Then, with either delayed processing or intentional after hours trades as indicated by the form-t, folks took that ratio to 10.6M to 26.6M. It just looks a little wierd. Nothing to get excited about but interesting.
Or... Maybe it was DanBB??? Didn't he say he had 9M??
lol..
All speculation. just imo... some interesting action.
What's your take?
Welcome to PDGT, adamp. I've been following this company for about a year. So far, I've been impressed with VC (current CEO) and the follow through on PR's.
If the company is successful with deploying products this should be a very nice company to be part of. Pray for a safe world with PDGT as guardian.

Wow, nearly a third of the volume appeared as after hour sells at .0005. Maybe someone's hoping for some dippage to buy in the AM...
Neat-O Mosquit-O
Thanks :)
Can someone point me to a website that shows buy volume vs sell volume of PDGT?
Thanks
That doesn't change the fact that I'm simply asking for a bio on the current CEO of PDGT which should be a matter of taking 5 minutes to attach a file and reply to my e-mail.
I don't think I'm asking for too much but so far it's day 2 and no reply.
Coolness. Thank you :)
Can you update the I-box? The Hagemeyer news has been out since last week...
Durkkdiggler said, "Do you think you can update shareholders with the ever changing events and I box info if i leave?"
Free-ish.
I'll let you know if I get a response. E-mail I sent to PDGT IR:

Dear Sir or Ma'am,
This is to request a detailed biography of the CEO for Paradigm Tactical Products, Vincent Cammarata.
I'm interested to know the CEO's previous work experience, education, accomplishments and accolades.
Thank you in advance for your prompt response.
Very respectfully,
MyNameSpelledDifferently
good point
I'm assuming that was sarcasm because of the quality of your other posts.
No sarcasm in this post or the one you replied to.
Great post! Thank you for that. Person mark added.
Seriously, no sarcasm intended here.

Time for PDGT to flash the cash!!!
Money talks and BS walks.
IMO
"Has anyone gotten an answer yet on why PDGT products are not listed by Hagemeyer North America on their website like the PR said?"
I'm willing to bet my 3rd leg it's because it's a new deal and it takes time to get the marketing, sales/distribution, supply chains and such all squared away.
Patience, grasshoppa... Patience.
The last 10Q wasn't that great. I don't see why anyone would be interested in a company that is so inefficient:
Net income (loss) 2008 $(2,260,950) 2007 $(579,959)
http://pinksheets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=6112556
I don't think I'd be in a company showing a near 400% increase in net loss...
Interesting that this is even at .0002
The net loss grew from 2007 to 2008. in 2008 net loss was $(1,461,372) in 2007 it was $(800,699).
At this point this company is not efficient. It may be effective at providing a service as is indicated $1.3M sales in 2007 and $1.2M sales in 2008. But unfortunately the financing and cost of business is resulting in big net losses.

GLTA
VC is the CEO. TA is the Transfer Agent. The TA are the folks that can tell us share structure info about the company.
Too bad the company performance and financials don't look that great. If only charts could determine the PPS.
Net loss for last 6 months as of 30 jun 2008: 620,531
Cost of business outpacing revenues = poor efficiency.
That's why the PPS isn't up.
Yours is a true statement (see below). So, anyways... more good news from PDGT today. It's refreshing to see this amount of communication from the company.
Here's Pinksheets.com's "blank check" statement allowing them to basically get away with any info they post:

I'd rather see them pay Pinksheets.com instead of pinks and BB's if paying pinksheets meant an upgrade from the "Stop" rating.
I think that's reasonable.
