(I believe Mr. Kenney was an officer in the Army, but I can't confirm at this time)
James F. Marr, Vice President, Mr. Marr is a retired Deputy
Sheriff from the Los Angeles County Sheriff ’s Department.
Prior to co-founding Paradigm Tactical Products, Mr. Marr
spent ten years as a consultant to security companies.
