At this point we all hold just a starter position 50 mil became 50K 5 mil became 5K. Today there is only 14,500,000 OS according to the original r.s notice. A year ago 10 billion shares were given to KK in exchange for some PR D. If he never sold those ( no form 4 was filed I believe) he holds a nice starter position.
Etrade may get the price right eventually but usually the split shares are "not Received" until 3 or 4 trading days after the split so no Etrade customers able to cash out.
The best question asked recently is who is able to sell today?
AF great call TAT. Missed, I didn't see that kind of energy.
.58 on the way down, missed the bottom but didn't expect the u-turn so fast and only bought back what I sold at .765. PEIX obviously has plenty of fuel left in the tank. Great find AF.
Would your search include Canadian, Germany or off shore brokers? Every time a penny pink or bb stock gets registered for trading in Frankfurt bad things usually follow.
There also seems too many "fails to deliver" among brokers to be a rarity.
Very true and being a stuckholder here a long long time I confess to wondering who has been buying the 0001s in quantity the last few days. 140mil = $14k I think and 80mil another day last week.
I am guilty of being of being stupid optimistic but I'm not buying more so who is?
I can honestly say I won't be selling any more PEIX anytime soon.
PEIX dropped nearly 20 days in a row from $1.12 before a bounce; we have only been going up for about 12 so maybe 8 more to go just to balance things out. There was no doubt a 800 pound VAC sucking up shares yesterday.
PEIX, stupendous call, Augusta! Thanks.
I'm read that and thought nice but it won't happen. because someone saved up 21 million shares to dump yesterday?
Now ytou are certified as the main PEIX physic.
My point was not to echo what slash posted but to comment that nothing will move this stock permanently off of no bid, even after another 1/1000 or the next one or the next 25.
We have about 25 million left in debt and even if that was paid off via the present process of issuing 10 billion shares per year for each 1 mil in debt, most of us old timers here will never live to see any green from GERS.
However is spite of your opinions about how long the litigation will drag out even assuming it end in our favor what is ever going to move this stock if shareholders have no rights?
Voting and control is what owning stock is all about. GRPE could write a check and pay off the debt but they won;t until shareholders get the votes they are entitled to.
>>>It looks like corn oil revenue was about $15.6 million.
$3,116,000 would be 20% of the $15,580,000 in corn oil revenues for the quarter.
They have to keep the DDG side of the business whole for the difference in value of the deoiled DDG's.
I'm pretty optimistic, but even I didn't expect 32.7 million pounds. That's a million gallons more! <<<
And GPRE spent 28+ mil $ buying back shares from their largest shareholder. Its too bad common shares of GERS have no vote otherwise someone might try to buy a control interest.
One would think after all the work that went in to creating these processes and fighting court battles to enforce them, maybe its time to reap some rewards maybe even leave a few crumbs for the long suffering shareholders here.
EGOC should continue being a winner with its small Mkt Cap and exhaust solutions for all diesel trucks manufactured before 2007. Mandated fix or replace begins 2012.

Thanks for that link. Interesting guy.
GM to you. I am not active in option now but specialized in them years ago when they were first done OTC. Currencies is a new game for me, never played it much. Noticed several comments here about CNBC contest.
I totally don't understand the weakness in AUD compared to EUR or USD. I assume its the decline in gold/silver.
EUR?USD has been the best trades for me. I also can not believe the stock trading leaders could have 3 million bucks being unable to short and limited to 4/5 positions. I would like to see their trades.
Nice picture, I think that lit up a few short MMs.
CNBC has correctly called 25 of the last 3 recessions! The CEO of one airline called it correctly last week, if he didn't listen to CNBC and read the Wallstreet Journal; he wouldn't know there is a recession raging.
How about them apples! Fantastic news! How many more prospects out there?
Like I figured before...CTEI = $3 some day soon...
V 2!
Thanks for EGOC
I vink its da hearing. It goes our vay and ve shall prosper vigorously.
Then I shall also invest 4 million in something after its gets up to $4.
I should have mentioned EUO had joined the hunt after ignoring it for the whole month of August. TZA buy late on Wednesday and sell early on Monday.
Amazing moves this sucker is making.

Middle-East Demonstrations
Testing & Demonstrations are going very well. We are achieving the results we set out to prove - that the ExhausTek can bring Euro V standards to their trucks and buses. These tests and demonstrations have gone on for a much longer period than anyone expected (almost a month more); but they are expected to conclude on Tuesday, 13 September 2011.

Reefer Retrofit
Earlier this week, we met face-to-face (here in Florida) with the owner of the western-US based trucking and leasing company seeking solutions for refrigerated trailers in order to meet current and future EPA & CARB regulations for interstate service. We are now moving toward an official (financial) agreement. Today, we sent our terms and understandings, along with a request for exact specifications of the 100 (or so) current reefer trailers this company has in inventory, so that we can begin customization.

I think it will go when we see some orders or get a better idea of the potential value of a better yielding seed. Your DD on IFRS is excellent no doubt about that.
Thanks for keeping the faith in this company and I agree the numbers seem to be swinging our way BUT I was floored by this new r/s. I was expecting a buy back to reduce the o/s but this is just history repeating itself. When they did the last r/s a year ago and then issued 10 bil shares of Kevin in repayment of debt they said most of this would disappear as the debt was paid down.
R/S are a tool of managements that don't give a fig for their shareholders. They should be Illegal.
And neither did I ever dream housing prices could dive down here and stick, I own 3 plus an apartment building which actually is doing great. Thankfully I never got greedy and had no mortgages. Now might be the time though as everyone knows a crash is near and everyone has never been right for very long.
Interesting post Bruce, the number of bad guys keeps getting smaller, eventually we may unearth the one guy that caused this mess.
Seventen, Thanks for posting that, I never saw it and held half of my IMAI shares going into the RS. Happy I did now, like the way its creeping up. At $3 everyone is happy.
10 reasons why a 30,000 employee China based farm equipment company would send an executive team to visit their largest and possibly only distributor in the USA.
1. They need an excuse to reward their execs with a nice trip to Northwest USA.
2. They might wish to see how they could help TYTN increase sales by purchasing a competitor.
3-10 Can't think of any others.
I would love to see a historic chart of Bre X when it first took off from the pennies. Not that SUGO fits that profile but it does reportedly have large deposits worth way more than .40 (40 mil mkt cap) if just 10% true and much more if permits are granted .
>>>Bre-X was a group of companies in Canada. A major part of the group, Bre-X Minerals Ltd. based in Calgary, was involved in a major gold mining scandal when it was reported to be sitting on an enormous gold deposit at Busang, Indonesia (on Borneo). Bre-X bought the Busang site in March 1993 and in October 1995 announced significant amounts of gold had been discovered, sending its stock price soaring. Originally a penny stock, its stock price reached a peak at CAD $286.50 (split adjusted) in May 1996 on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE), with a total capitalization of over CAD $6 billion.[when?] Bre-X Minerals collapsed in 1997 after the gold samples were found to be a fraud.
Busang's gold resource was estimated by Bre-X's independent consulting company, Kilborn Engineering (a division of SNC-Lavalin of Montreal), to be approximately 70,000,000 troy ounces (2,400 ST; 2,200 t). Reports of resource estimates of up to 200,000,000 troy ounces (6,900 ST; 6,200 t) were never made by Bre-X though the property was described[by whom?] as having this potential by Felderhof in an interview with Richard Behar of Fortune Magazine. Bre-X's gold resource at Busang was a massive fraud. Encouraging gold values were intersected in many drill-holes and the project received a positive technical assessment by Kilborn. Crushed core samples had been falsified by salting with gold that has a wide variety of characteristics that had been subjected to mineralogical examination by Bre-X's consultants. The salting of crushed core samples with placer or supergene gold constitutes the most elaborate fraud in the history of mining. In 1997, Bre-X collapsed and its shares became worthless in one of the biggest stock scandals in Canadian history, and the biggest mining scandal of all time.
SUGO is a soap opera but I am glad I held and even added a few at .01 just before they creamed it to .005. This isn't just theater its also roulette.
$600K dumped on promoting their stock floors me, that's pure lack of imagination.
Now that really does sound like a movie script. The whole "pump" industry should make a movie. How can they price their "services" so high? I wouldn't mind trying to promote a company I believed in and getting some free restricted shares. But that's not what most of these are.
Hope it happens and they can "pierce the corporate vail" and grab the rat. Years ago we caught a CEO selling more shares than he owned thus creating an uncoverable short in a very thin stock. The SEC three years later fined him but made no effort to repay those he scammed.
Today EFIR filed a 10K which outlined its CORPORATE STRATEGY.over the past few years. It should be a movie.
This can't be bad for ECOS and kin.

Thanks Stoney.
Yesterday someone posted the new whistleblower site for the SEC. I had a few names I was thinking might qualify but then if I turned in all the Reverse Splits specialists out there and the SEC woke up and finally decided to do something about it like SHUT THEM DOWN. That's not going to help me get even as I still own most.
Before anyone tries this remember "I'm from the Government and I'm here to help" and "SEC rides in after the battle and shoots the wounded."

I give up, what was the .05 called 30 or so days ago. I have exhausted my detective skills.
(rant) There are so many tiny weenies 4 letter fleas hopping around IHUB we need a flea bomb here once a month. Where did all these things hatch out of?
No offense intended, but many call the high western plains home base. Must be a college there for reform school kids to learn how to become BS artists.(/rant)
PM me if you wish.
NFL Fantasy, I am a total novice but lucky.

Lets hope, I'm impressed with their progress, I think SK is doing a great job. Don't think .05 is unreasonable goal when that happens.
