Accounting Update
We’re very pleased to report that the past-due accounting is done - and this time, we mean it. At present, all past due financial statements for the accounting periods 2010-Q3 & Q4 through 2011-Q1 & Q2 have been posted to this website and will be uploaded to OTC Markets as soon as possible. It should be noted that we will include additional material as per the OTC Guidelines for reporting as we post these financial statements with OTC Markets.

Middle-East Demonstrations
Testing & Demonstrations are going very well. We are achieving the results we set out to prove - that the ExhausTek can bring Euro V standards to their trucks and buses. These tests and demonstrations have gone on for a much longer period than anyone expected (almost a month more); but they are expected to conclude on Tuesday, 13 September 2011.

Reefer Retrofit
Earlier this week, we met face-to-face (here in Florida) with the owner of the western-US based trucking and leasing company seeking solutions for refrigerated trailers in order to meet current and future EPA & CARB regulations for interstate service. We are now moving toward an official (financial) agreement. Today, we sent our terms and understandings, along with a request for exact specifications of the 100 (or so) current reefer trailers this company has in inventory, so that we can begin customization.
